The place was quiet and the location splendid

Главный минус — слабая звукоизоляция. Всё, что происходит в коридоре, очень хорошо слышно. Особенно это заметно утром: уже примерно с 8 часов персонал начинает уборку, громко общается между собой и стучится в номера с вопросом о housekeeping. Если хочется поспать подольше, это практически невозможно. Было бы здорово начинать уборку немного позже, хотя бы ближе к 11 утра. Не случайно почти на всех дверях на нащем этаже с утра висели таблички «Do Not Disturb» - гости явно старались избежать раннего шума.

The place was close to the beach. That was the only good thing about the hotel. On the day of my arrival, we rented a bike from the hotel. Unfortunately, they were so inconsiderate that they didn't even put 1000vnd worth of gas into the tank. After two minutes of riding the motorbike, we ran out of gas. It took me something like 20 minutes to get to a gas station, with a one-year-old baby and my wife. We had to walk all the way in that scorching, hot weather. Can you imagine? The staff couldn't even speak English. They find every single way to rip the guests off, even at the price of the water bottles. I don't recommend this place at all if you're planning to go to Đà Nẵng. There are better deals you can find, but not this one. The most terrible experience I've ever had.

One of the things I liked most about Elites Hotel was its excellent value for money and very central location. It is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and only a short ride from the Dragon Bridge, making it a convenient base for exploring Da Nang. The hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool and a gym. I did not get the chance to use either facility because there was so much to see and do around the city, but the rooftop area looked well-maintained and offered a nice view. It seems like a great place to relax if you're staying for a longer period or simply want some downtime between sightseeing trips. Overall, the location is the hotel's biggest strength. Everything you need is within easy reach, and it provides good value for travelers who want a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring Da Nang. Those said, there are a couple of things worth noting. First, the card terminal was not working during my stay, so I had to pay in cash instead of using my card. This was more of a logistical inconvenience than a major problem, but it did affect my travel budget since I had planned to use cash for other expenses. If you're staying here, it may be a good idea to have some extra cash on hand just in case. Second, the room I was assigned was on a lower floor. While it technically had a window, the view was completely blocked by a neighboring building, so there was very little natural light coming into the room. If having a view or plenty of daylight is important to you, I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor. Those were really my only complaints. Despite the minor issues, I would still consider staying here again on a future visit to Da Nang.

3.5 min walk to the beach and a massive 10th floor king suite with a very comfy bed and cold ac, the view from the pool is insane 360 panoramic mountain and sea views amazing place to watch the sunset. the hotel staff was amazing and the house keeping was elite!

A lot the employees at hotel very bad

Great location, not far from the beach. Good pool on the roof - the deck around is damaged so you must be careful not to hurt yourself. Otherwise, clean room and batroom, little noise. Just the damage on the pool deck - but it's a detail. Overall a great experience.

The cleaning was at 8-9am, the tap was leaking and they couldn't fix it, no restaurant, no socket near the table

Extra charge when using card to pay for accomodation

Not telling me before hand that those 2 box of chips that were prepared in my room costed money, then pulling 60 000VND of me just when I left was a dirty move. At least please don't prepare anything in the room that costs extra money, or notify the guests ahead.

Very friendly staff

Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. Lots of restaurants. 20 minute walk to the Market. $2 Grab to the Dragon Bridge and Market. 3 minte walk to the beach. Would stay again.

The air conditioning works well, although it can be slightly noisy.
