I cant really recommend this hotel. We took it for one night and i am glad just for one. It was one of the only ones available on a festival night and I now understand why. Location is bad, far from the bridge or the beach, pretty expensive, beds are awful, staff not welcoming, as on other hotels in the city. Rooms are tiny. Hotel is right on a huge construction site that makes lots of noise starting 6 am I wouldnt come here again and can’t recommend anyone to come here.

The hotel was nice and clean, close to everything. The staff were super helpful and the receptionist, Tracy, was able to help out with places to go and general info when I asked.

It iwas in a good location. The staff were friendly especially the guy at the front desk/porter. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good view and was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, there were good options. No iron or ironing boards

Very nice, big room, beautiful view of the entire city (16th floor), huge double bed, very comfortable bathroom, very helpful staff, delicious and diversified breakfast, great swimming pool with a great view (19th floor) A bit dirty by the pool, especially glass walls, in such a hotel I would expect the staff to speak better English

When we pulled up in the taxi we were sure we were at the wrong place. It was very dark, the frontage wasn't lite up at all. We arrived about 10ish pm. Room service was closed. The carpets in common ways were stained. The actual room as ok. Breakfast was fine. But it's location was too far out of the action. We were booked for 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. Not what we expected from the pictures we had seen. Mostly it was the location.

I value properties that are clean, well-maintained, and offer excellent value for money. What I didn’t appreciate was being charged for a stain on the towel that wasn’t caused by us. In the future, I recommend thoroughly checking any towels before use. If you notice a stain, report it immediately to avoid any misunderstandings.
