Hotel was ok. Floor a bit dirty also the curtains. Not much ventilation in the room. Just a tiny window inside the bathroom.

The bed is comfy, only 4 people in the room. Good location The door is broken, the toilet situation

We had a great stay at this hotel in Da Nang. The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was very kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. We would definitely recommend it.

Nini and Tho were extremely polite and were very warm and welcoming. The location is very good and despite being near a busy intersection I had very little sound get into my room.

The room is big and the view is wonderful. It is relaxing looking at the window after a long walk. Also, the location is good. Really at the center of the city. The hotel staffs, An, Nhi, Tho, are also helpful.

Was in great area close to many things with amazing bed I think they changed the luggage store to the hostel.. but was very noisy because the room is next to the lobby and we shared a toilet with all guests around the reception

Clean room

Lots of restaurants nearby. Some staff is very good, especially the guard, who always smiles. There is a 3% additional charge if you pay by card, so don’t expect to pay the same amount as your booking unless you pay in cash. The bottled water in the room is not free, and there is no welcome drink—everything comes with a charge. Charging for soft drinks and cup noodles is understandable, but charging for bottled water is unreasonable. As a result, you cannot even have coffee or tea for free since the water itself is charged. Additionally, guests are charged if a soft drink stains the blanket. Seriously? Doesn’t the hotel have a laundry service? We also requested room cleaning on our departure day, but no one came, even though our checkout was scheduled for the following day.

I love those staffs I have met in this hotel. They are so kind and friendly. They provided the complimentary cake for my mom’s birthday as I requested it when I booked our reservation. Thank you so much Nini, J, Sophia for the Cake and to their security Tho and Nhut. We stayed two days there. More power to your hotel.

I was just pleased with everything from its clean atmosphere to peace I can get while staying there. The stuff were also friendly enough to understand and help with anything. I was quite enjoyed for one day in this hotel. There is not anything specific to point out yet. Everything is fine and well.

The rooms are clean, the housekeeping does cleaning inside the room everyday. The location is just within the city proper near to cathedral, dragon bridge, Han market and restaurants. The concierge is not as clean as what we expect of a hotel and it’s very hot. The hotel lobbies are dirty, cigarette butts bins were placed in every floors which means they are just allowing anybody to smoke. They does not have smoking areas. The stairs going up to the front desk does not have any hand railings, very difficult for the senior citizens.

It’s surrounded by the city with many attractions. Clean bedroom and bathroom. The staff has been very helpful. Thank you Nhi and Hanh! Nothing
