The room was clean and comfortable with spacious bed and no smell. The bathroom was equipped with enough facilities. As for the owner, he was really hospitable and helpful on giving recommendations on places to visit during the stay. He also supported booking tickets and car rentals to famous tourist attractions in advanced, having better price than booking by ourselves. The neighborhood provided wide range of food having good price and quite tastety. Breakfast and cafe were also easily to find. The facilities like AC and fridge were a little bit wear-off, it may take quite a little to feel cool at first, but for the night it was cool enough to put us in sleep, so that was not a big problem. For those who expect city view, that was not the case for our room unfortunately. That's not what we should expect for this price range by the way.

Didn't get any breakfast here. We were lucky to have a Bahn Mi shop opposite the homestay, which served coffee. The room size was slightly small for 2 adults and 2 children. There was an open space to eat outside the roo,m so we had space to eat, then eat on the bed. Eateries were nearby, since we were vegetarians, the receptionist helped us with links to vegetarian restaurants. They did our laundry for us quickly for a cheap rate. Rate is by the kilo. The room size was slightly congested, and the air conditioner took time to cool the room; the bathroom was somewhat smelly. You could adjust if you want to stay for two days.

Close to churches, eating places, markets, nice coffee shops… Very helpful owner.

As a solo female traveller, I'm always concerned about my safety. And I felt so safe, looked after, and taken care of. 100% recommended. The location was great!!! Away from the busy places

The staff was very nice and helped us organize a tour and transfer to our next city, all at very reasonable prices.

Comfy bed and room. The only thing is that everything is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Needs a bit of renovation. Hardly any soundproofing from the walls. You could hear people coming and going. You could also hear people in their bathroom.

The host, Khang is very hospitable. The room was not clean at all, especially the bathroom.

It’s cheap and not far from dragon bridge Everything avoid staying here and look for somewhere else. Welcome is non existence, unlike every other place we have stayed in Vietnam. We had two rooms here one was ok, though had ants and a useless spa bath, the other one was very bad, smelt moldy and bathroom was disgusting. It is not beach front or remotely near the beach it has no wellness centre or coffee shop or any of the other listed facilities. Have reported to booking .com as is falsely advertising on here facilities it does not have. Reception looks like a junk yard. Owner is no where to be seen.

The location is good. It’s cheap. The most disappointing place we have stayed so far in Vietnam, from the moment we arrived we were disappointed, reception is full of stuff and messy. No welcome, room ok but we booked room with spa bath, there was no plug, it did arrive some hours later, but pointless as not enough hot water to cover the bottom of the bath, no chance of laying in it and it was dirty. Also problem with ants in room. Staff did their best but were poor. We had two rooms the second smelled moldy and the bathroom was awful.

The shower could’ve been cleaner

Nothing Dirty rooms! Ants in our bath, the sink was in the bedroom for some reason, dirt and hair under the bed, smelly sheets, just terrible! And the ac barely worked. The location is in a residential neighbourhood, half an hour walk at least from everything to do and eat in danang. We struggled finding body wash and shampoo and conditioner from how little there is near the place.

I had 2 happy days. Heavy rain but Khang made my stay great, giving everything I needed: info, suppprt, sugestions about food, sim card, practical tips, travel arrangements. The room was great: clean, quiet, bright, big comfortable bed, nice shower with warm water.

Friendly and knowledgeable owner and wife, comfy bed, hot shower, clean linen etc...everything was super good and comfortable. Cleanliness is in top notch. Exceeded my expectations. Everything and everybody, friendly and hassle free check-in and check-out . Mr.Khang and Mrs.Khang accomplished my family for a walking tour around the dragon bridge, riverside , tasting some street food and so on...Near perfect vacation arranged by Mr.Khang.

The Family is very kind. We talked every night with the owner and he was always recommended us new local places to visit. We really enjoyed that. The places around the hostel are cheap and good! Very authentic.
