- Rooms were safe with automatic locks - It's in the Da Nang town but a very convenient location, lots of nice places to visit around - I booked 1 hour before I got there and everything was prepared

All of the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Especially Tien Sinh Linh Muoi Nhung and Ha Sinh. There was another worker in the evening of July 11th, although I was not able to get her name. She was very kind and helpful when we were trying to figure out another friend’s problem.

Loved the whole place including the staff. Just didn’t have enough space to park when dropping and pick up from the hotel but it’s just fine.

Seems to cater mostly to the young backpacker crowd which we are not part of. On the plus side the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and the receptionist spoke passable English. It's a twenty minute walk to the head of the Dragon Bridge and the night market you will find there. The hotel is on a very narrow side street. More often than not there are many motorbikes parked there so cars can't get through. We had to carry our luggage to the nearest intersection which luckily is just 30 or so meters away. We felt generally disappointed because we had stayed in similarly priced hotels in the Hanoi old quarter, in Sapa and in the Hoi An old city and they were much much nicer and in more interesting neighborhoods. Maybe DaNang is a different market or maybe we just chose poorly. Overall if you're looking for budget hotel this is a good choice.

Don’t rent here bikes, they are broken. The dorms are small for 4 people, okay for one night but not more.

Customer service was awesome, very helpful and kind. The front desk lady Tein Mua Ty Lunh Phi was extremely thoughtful and caring, definitely recommend coming here if you are staying in da nang, great location, can sleep in without being woken up by noise like a lot of other places around the city. Would stay here again

Hostel is in good location. It beds are comfy with nice blankets. Wifi was great and fast. Showers and bathroom were clean as well. Other guest wasn't loud like some others I been to. If ever in Da Nang again I would stay again. Everything was fine. I like the hostel very much.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood. And the toilets in the bathroom didnt flush half the time and repeatedly got clogged.
