I would say the noise in the early morning was a bit disturbing, but we are an early morning risers so it was manageable.

I had a wonderful time staying here. I requested rooms next to each other and got exactly what I asked for. The rooms were large, clean, and spacious. There's a small rooftop swimming pool, which I planned to use but didn't have enough time to swim. The staff, especially Bell man, were incredibly love ely. They used a translator to say enjoyed our stay and wished me good health. Thank you to all the staff: Sinh Linh Ty Thuy Ngung Qanh Hien Thao Phuong. If I return to Da Nang, I will difenately stay here again

Stayed here for one night. The dorm was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was really good too. The highlight of the stay was uncle Ty, the staff over here who always had a big smile and is willing to help with everything. He can't speak English but he proactively uses Google translate to communicate and is eager to help and make the stay pleasant. Thank you uncle Ty ?

Super friendly staff! I was greeted kindly every time i came and went by one specific gentleman, plus the receptionists were also super friendly and welcoming!! Thao, Thu, Vy, Linh, and An were all great! The breakfast buffet was very good too! You DO have to pay but it’s not a huge deal. The air conditioning worked amazingly and the shower had very hot water which sometimes you don’t get here but they certainly have it here! The view of the upstairs pool is gorgeous! I wish i got to spend more time up there. Very nice hotel overall :) My only complaint was that breakfast wasn’t free? the breakfast doesn’t cost a lot, and they do tell you in advanced that you have to pay, but that was like the only downside to this place!

The hotel is in a great location in Danang's city centre. 100 points for the super-friendly and helpful staff, shout-outs to always smiling and helpful Ty and also Thao at the reception that answered all our questions. Great value for money, excellent breakfast was also included. all good!

The housekeeping teams were exceptional. Very professional and thorough in their activities. The front desk team were always responsive and geared their communications around sightseeing opportunities. The food was excellent. Great chef and doorman was always friendly and eager to assist. Everyone who did not speak English either tried or worked through translators to help. I did not like that I was contacted outside of the Booking.com app... and by multiple parties. The Booking said transportation was included but the first message I got stated there was a fee for the service. I got an email from Booking.com telling me my privacy was violated when Seahorse staff forwarded my personal contact information outside their app. From there, I received unsolicited WhatsApp messages from multiple people. I do not like or welcome unsolicited sales-related messages. I prefer all discussions with a rental to be included in the app I booked the unit in. In that way, I don't miss valuable messages and Booking.com can track and observe communications, should issues arise.

You will be be greeted by Ty, He will serve you a welcome drink and make you feel welcomed. Room on 5th floor, roof top pool, breakfast, Extra 3% charge for credit card.

Ti who runs the place is always around and always smiling which is lovely. Room was beautiful, clean, and had a great small terrace to enjoy the evening breeze. Perfect location too!

We liked the room. The pool area needs to be freshened up. The deck was broken and the pool chair covers were old.

was able to mingle and make some friends here! nice beds and place but wierdly placed toilets & showers (in the aircon room) Lost my glasses and they made an effort to find it, great customer service. Loads of mosquitoes.

The doorman, Ty, was especially kind and always ready to help guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. The dorm room is slightly compact, but manageable.

Amazing staff especially the doorman Ty, who was so kind and thoughtful, and Thao at reception who was super helpful. Everyone was friendly and made the stay feel comfortable. My room was a great size for a solo traveller and the location was easy to get to places!
