the staffs were friendly and attentive. the breakfast buffet was decent and the dining hall was spacious. housekeeping was excellent and clean. i will definitely stay at this location on my next visits and would recommend to my friends and others. no elevator from basement is floor levels. it would be helpful in avoiding the persistent rain going up from the basement. the storms were happening during my recent visit.

Wonderful staff - thank you Cindy!. We arrived at 10am exhausted from a 15 hour train ride and they very kindly let us check in early. All staff were so helpful and friendly during our stay. We prefer this side of the bridge as it's far more charismatic and like old Danang with countless great eateries and shops. The ride they offered to take us to our next destination was cheaper than a grab. Breakfast was a mix of Asian buffet Danang favourites and western. Very nice. Highly recommended What's not to like. Great place I'll come and stay again

Short stay though staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Ivy! Elevator buttons is really hard to press. Mistake always happens like pressing the wrong button.

The property was amazing they also arranged for a free cab to airport since we couldn’t use our breakfast during our stay. Their manager ivy was very supportive and co operative. Definitely would recommend to people travelling as the location is also good and space too is better. We got the perfect dragon bridge location. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Value for money. They can probably have carpet on the entire flooring of the room so it becomes easier for people travelling with infant and also less noise when anything falls on the floor makes it a quiet better place.

Comfortable beds - we didn’t find any more comfy in Vietnam. Helpful staff! Good mini fridge and snacks in the room. Amazing view from the hotel. Quiet at night Good shower Clean Nothing to note.

The room was so comfortable, the staff were great. The breakfast was amazing. Very good location. Could use their bikes, they organised a car for us, and we got a free massage. Cara was amazing on the front desk, she helped me order grab food. Can't say a bad word.

It was an amazing property worth of paying. Very clean and spacious rooms. I went for 2 night however i stayed 1 days extra coz it feels so relax Staff Cara Duty manager Ivy and all others staff are super friendly and very suggestive for information. Break fast was nice with multiple options for non vegetation however for vegetarian options was bit less.I was offered free transport to the airport which i was never asked for. Highly recommended for traveller to stay and enjoy at Fivitel Boutique Da Nang. My experience in Fivitel was awesome.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights from 15/8 to 17/8/2024, and their level of service is beyond exceptional. Cara and Ivy went above and beyond their way just to help me with some questions. I have had a few incidents with 2 of my room. One was the blockage of water didn't get out fast enough from the bathroom, which turned out to be a false alarm, my daughter mistaken that for the rain shower spraying out from the top, so it wasn't blocked at all. And my room ac turned off by itself at 3am making it so hot, which my mistake, didn't see the on off button, could have just turned it back on instead but i called the front desk. The next morning, everyone in the service desk from lobby to 3rd floor breakfast area knew about my incidents and they continuously apologize and making it up to ensure that they are so sorry about this experience. Which is not their fault to begin with. It is just a small issue. But the fact that they are on top of things, really amaze me. It doesn't end there, they went on to inform me that since i am going to leave for the airport at 1pm, they asked me to have a late check out in order to have a good rest before leaving for airport. That was really good because the weather was too hot and a quick shower was really helpful. Then they even informed me that they have prepared a car to drive me and my family to the airport which was way too nice of them to do that. This is really a great experience and for them going out of their way to provide me and my family with such comfortable stay, it is absolutely lovely. Rooms are spacious. And it is clean everyday. The bathroom is clean with full toiletries. breakfast is good enough and most importantly they can even book a grab for me when i ran out of my data and couldn't access my grab app. This is really an amazing experience and part of the travel is knowing that you are well taken care of. And i felt that in Fivitel. sound from the outside as i was on the 7th floor and I could hear the sound from the workers outside at night. The windows is a bit loose on the latch. But it didn't bother me at all, thank goodness. Their level of service was above everything else, that is why i didn't even bother to inform them about this minor issue.

Handy location and great service from the staff. Check in was an easy process and. Air conditioning worked well, room was large and comfortable and the view of dragon bridge was cool. Sound proofing was non-existent, could hear everything from other rooms. Room was a bit tired - photos made it look better than it was. No curtain for shower so water went everywhere.

This is a lovely hotel with lovely people. My room was large spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s a good location and the hotel arranged a trip for me to Hoi An.
