The bed was comfortable, linen clean, the room spacious and the staff was kind and did their best to accommodate. Takes a little time to warm up, but the shower actually produces hot water! Rooftop pool is a nice amenity. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and cute cafes, as well as the Cham Sculpture museum and the Dragon bridge. 20-min ride from the airport is also a perk. The facilities could use a little updating (bathroom sink in particular appeared to have mold damage all over and there was an overall mildew smell to the room that was aided when the aircon was running), but for the price it was a great deal.

It’s in central of the city. Walked to markets next to River Han and Dragon Bridge and walk to night market! It’s was during construction, so my experienced was DIRTY!!!!

The place doesn't offer breakfast, and it definitely isn't a hotel for a romantic escape. It's much more for the cost-conscious budget traveler, who wants a decent place to sleep for little money. The rooftop pool is certainly a bonus. That the cleaning ladies were doing their job yapping in the hall around 12:15 when I was trying to take a nap, after more than 30 hours of travelling. They could have easily cleaned while we were out from 7:30 to 11:30.

Staffs are very good. Location is just 8 minute walking distance from dragon bridge. Staying here with this price is value for money.

Location was good, plenty of food places around the area. The golden dragon is about 20mins walk. Comfy hotel to stay in We got laundry done and received it back on the day we had to leave the clothes were still wet.

Staff are extremely friendly and efficient, putting in us in quieter rooms for our stay. Lovely breakfast and staff were great.

For the price we paid, the hotel was good. Location OK - Wasn’t too far to walk to centre/dragon bridge The rooms are tired and the bathrooms could do with a deep clean (to remove signs of mould).

The reception staff was very friendly and kind. I stayed there for 1 night. When I came to pick up my bags in the evening before going to the airport ,I was wet due to the rain they gave me hot water to drink. Very nice girls.
