The room was clean even though the hotel is not very new. It's tranquil and no disturbance. Some things in the room needs maintenance like the shower holder has a missing screw, the boiling kettle sometimes usable and sometimes it's not. The TV was initially not working but they replaced it when we called the reception.

Good location, close to the airport, plenty of food and drink in walking distance. Clean room, everything as advertised. I stayed a few nights and had no problems.

??? Almost everything, from the peeled wood floor to fixtures of the bathroom. Front desk staff was not interact with us, did not greet us as we enter her hotel.

I'm happy with the 2 night stay. The location is perfect. Cồn and Hàn Market is a short walk away. Han river is near too. the chicken rice restaurant nearby is pretty good. The price is Cheap for the location. I paid 300,000vnd/night the owner should revise the cleaning procedure. It can be a lot better since the bed is comfy. the bathtub is nearly clogged too. All that can be better easily with a simple supervision. The Receptionists are nice and helpful.

they take booking but sell the rooms 1st come 1st served. Until booking starts fining these businesses the practice will continue.

Nothing , the worst hotel experience of my life !! Everything I have never seen such a filthy hotel and room in my life ,, I had bugs all Over my clothes and bed , I told receptionist I’m not staying there he said they can nothing with it , but… maybe me and him we can clean together wtf … I do recommend the hotel next door, clean , with very nice pool and stuff !! ,, I would never stay a night .. thats a scam and should be investigated!!!!

Staff were very friendly and devoted a lot of their time to help me with restaurant reservations and research. So nice! Location was good because it gets you away from the riverside tourist stuff while still putting you within walking distance to it. It has a nice little local vibe around it with good street food options. Housekeeping staff were also cheerful.

I booked the room . but when I came. there was no room for us . If I did not come, I had to pay for the booking because it is late cancelation time. However, I was there and no room available for us. I have to pay more for other hotel . what a shame hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel offers good quality for the price, and the location is perfect, right in the city centre, close to the Dragon Bridge and the Cathedral. There are many nice cafés and restaurants around, which made everything very convenient. For such a reasonable price, this was a great choice.
