Close to Dragon bridge shops and cafes Staff were not very helpful. I waited a long time at empty reception late at night to check in. I was in a dorm and 3 hooks were missing off the curtain around my bunk bed so I didn’t have privacy. I reported it the next morning and when I returned that evening it still wasn’t fixed. I had to report it again. The hotel is advertised as non smoking but when I reported smoke in my dorm I was told smoking is allowed in the games room which was next door. I told them I was asthmatic and showed them my inhaler and because it was central a/c smoke comes through to my room.

Staff was really arrogant, air conditioner, WiFi, toilet jet not working for one complete day Staff were rude

This hotel asked me to cancel my reservation at the same day of check-in due to some isuues with A/C. As a result, I needed to book smth else urgently and spend much more money.

The staff were very bad with us, never helped us even once, the room was very dirty as we have Allergy and etchings everywhere on our body and we requested to check out and give us some of the money back they refused and offered-to change the room only but also the other room were very dirty with bugs everywhere even the front of the hotel no proper entrance with construction and long stairs with no help with our lagged Every thing is Dirty not Clean no proper entrance and help with road staff

Cheap but excellent place! at the receiving area a little bit dusty. but understandable because there was an ongoing repair in the street in front of the hotel

The girl at the front desk woth the tattoo on her right breast lied about having wifi in the building. She took my card and charged it when I said it's important for me to work online. She then charged me anyway. I came back down to let her know it's not a room issue, but he wifi doesn't work in he building. She started playing games and had m move to 3 different floors. I came back down to confront her and say that she should've told the truth about there being no wifi in the building. She called me "mother fucker" in vietnamese. And told me to leave. They should've told me the truth in the beginning that there was no wifi, and don't charge me. Then I wouldn't have wasted time. She then called me mother fucker in vietnamese. I'm actually half vietnamese. I understand thr language. How stupid could this little girl be? That's for her judging me as a non vietnamese person.

Spacious rooms, nice facilities The staff could be friendlier, left some things at the hotel and asked favor from them but received no reply but that was on our part.

Love the view of the hotel, can see like a 360 view from our room and at night is so prettyyyy The stairs in front is so high and we have heavy bags so hard to carry..

Location could have been a little better. Some hotels closer to the water have better deals.

Location is good We arrived at 8 PM, but by the time we got there, our room had already been given away to someone else because they could make more money. We only found this out afterward. That night, they put the three of us in one room and told us we would get a better room the next day. The situation was very uncomfortable. There were no blankets, and both of my friends couldn’t sleep. When we asked the front desk for help, they said they didn’t know where to find any blankets. Even though we didn’t get the room we reserved, they still required full payment upfront for the entire 10-day stay, which was extremely frustrating since we were already exhausted. The next day, instead of giving us the presidential suite I had booked, they gave me a regular room and expected me to share a bed with my male friend. I had to argue and insist just to get the room I originally reserved. Overall, I was very unhappy and disappointed with the experience. I didn’t want to stay there any longer, but my brother and sister-in-law preferred to stay because it was closer to her father’s house. I will never stay here again.
