Staff is very helpfull and available anytime. Breakfast is very nice. Near the beach by foot and also a lot of restaurant near around. Room are quiet and clean. -

Newer hotel and location was good.Close to the beach. Shift receptionist was very poor english. I told her 12:30pm late check out. later I called I’ll be out by 1:30pm she said o. k. Then I went down at 1:20pm. She said I need to pay 30% sir charge for late check out. I didn’t pay it. Noise from other rooms was terrible.

Location, staff, room, beds, quiet It was the best and the most quiet hotel I stayed in Vietnam for 3 months, but there are some peculiarities I rated the room where I lived. But the room I booked had no windows (no windows at all, how could I find it on booking.com description??). They changed my room with a more expensive room with window without any payments

The hotel is a bit outdated. It can used new paint. A few things didn't work but the staff were quickly there to help.

Location is very good, around 3-5mins walk to My Khe beach and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. The staffs are very sweet, friendly and helpful. Although we booked one Superior Twin Room, they upgraded it with more spacious one. Can get laundry service as well as motorbike rental.

Where it is located I didn't feel safe because on the first day of my stay they moved the lock of my room. I tell the receptionist about it and it didn’t happen again but I felt worried anyway.

Very nice friendly helpful staff also the location was good. The beds were hard, I've never come across harder mattresses in all my travels they could be positively painfull.

The 2 receptionist are so polite, helpful and friendly even the room attendant are the same which make us feel so relax, and one more thing was, they kept on smiling everytime i talk to them or whenever they see me and my mum. Well done to them! Happy guest here?
