Simple hotel but very good value. Clean room, friendly staff, and a great location near Pham Van Dong Beach. Easy to find food and cafés nearby, and very convenient to get to the city centre and other famous places.

The viewing is good. The facilities are comfortable and good. No breakfast.

We booked a room for 4 people for 600 dkk just 4 hours before check in time. Then an hour later they text me and say we have to pay an extra fee so that it would be 800 dkk instead. That was very unacceptable to add an extra price after we already booked it and it was confirmed. That should be their fault if they forgot to put the price higher and NOT mine. Since we didn’t agree with paying extra they cancelled the room for us. So at 14 we didn’t have a place to stay. We should not have to pay for their mistake, so I had a very bad experience with this hotel :(((

The staff is so friendly and hospitable, Cleaning every day, as well as a few bottles of water, new towels, teeth brush and shampoo. The location is super good, just 5 minutes wank from the beach. So good for that price!

Great location, friendly staff, value for money. Walking distance to the beach. Plenty of massage parlor and dining places along the street within walking distance. Very creaky bed mattress on one of the bed which disturbed sleep, as well as partial choked toilet basin which made toilet slightly unpleasant smelling. It is however noteworthy that the hotel staff had acknowledged on these feedbacks for improvement/replacement.

Well located hotel one block from the beach near to many restaurants and coffee shops. 20 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge. Clean and tidy room with a sea view. Daily room servicing. TV did not work and hot water took a long time to come. Room was overlooked by many others so you had to close the curtains to get changed. A little bit of street noise found its way to level 6.

location close to the beach. no electric kettle in the room even though it says included in the amenities, no safe box, service phone not working, housekeeping does not replenish free water bottles every day.
