breakfast. if you eat halal you will stay hungry . the vegan options are not really good so we had to eat out everyday

The hotel decor is alright. Staff in general is OK but needs improvement to be more attentive to customers. At the breakfast area, some staff is very dedicated to their work. Buffet breakfast looks good, but overall food quality is mediocre even for Vietnamese dish except for Cha Lua, congee, pho, fired noodles/rices. Spaghetti never looks like spaghetti with no tomato taste nor meat. Only a few breakfast items changed daily. I lose my appetite after a while. My superior double room with window was also a joke as it did not match up with pictures advertised on website. My big window in the room was covered with a garden view poster, and had a small window on the corner next to bedhead. I called the reception as soon as I checked in, and who simply told me that's exactly what I asked for a room with window. I was too tired from traveling to look up a picture proof to show the reception. I did felt being cheated in a way though.

Breakfast was large but felt more cafeteria-style, consisting primarily of Asian options. While this is to be expected in Vietnam, the food was more about quantity than quality. Overall, the hotel felt more like a large, independent hotel with a chain-hotel feel rather than a boutique experience. Road noise was noticeable even several floors up. See above

Very nice view and good location. Walkable distance to the beach and there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Just the location is good Room is not clean, cant close the window too much noice from outside, there are cockroaches in the hotel and the smell is awful from the toilet. It was really hard to stay here for 4 days, breakfast is also awful nothing to ear actually

We are over 60 years of age and I struggled to carry our suitcases up the steep entrance stairs into the Hotel and out again when we were leaving. Poor performance in regard to this.

I like the room it’s perfect for solo traveler quite spacious. But I was disappointed because upon booking it said to be the room ha sea view at the window. But I was received was the view of the wall of the others building It’s has good breakfast and Decent size pool for swimming. And room services

Great value for money hotel Very scenic sea view from room balcony The street where it’s located has a lot of dining choices Wifi was strong in all areas There’s a pool & a gym Walking distance to nearby beach - only 5 mins The breakfast buffet was awesome, different food everyday. Lobby was beautiful & smells good. Nothing to complain about.

Ac was amazing, location was right off the beach. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Room smelled like cigarettes despite the no smoking sign. Faucet was loose and hard to turn on. Beds felt sandy the first night

Great location and good value for money. Overall, a pleasant hotel — we enjoyed our stay. The area is quite busy, with many large hotels nearby, so big groups of tourists often arrive, which can create a bit of chaos. The hotel is not new, and there was a slight musty smell, but nothing that seriously affected our experience.
