Good location near the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Nice rooftop area with pool and view of the ocean. Nothing!

Located in a convenient neighborhood with many shops and services, it's within walking distance of the beach and surrounding areas. The rooms are clean with modern amenities and offer beautiful sea views. The staff are friendly and helpful. My family will definitely return to this place on our next visit to Da Nang.

The staff accommodated our request for a room with a full view of the ocean. The location of the hotel was just a stone’s throw from the beach. There are many restaurants and mini marts surrounding the hotel. The room was big and spacious. The floor of the shower cubicle was slightly slippery. The staff have a limited command of English but it was not a huge problem to communicate with them.

Lovely little hotel. Huge rooms. Many options for breakfast being buffet some days and eggs etc to order. Staff very helpful and friendly although not much English so a little hard to communicate. Good location. We were only given an option to pay cash, no machine option. Tried to charge us for drinks in our fridge but fridge was empty when we checked in.

Unfortunately, we had a serious of issues with this property. Lots of cleaning issues, cockroaches everywhere in the room, they even got into my suitcase:(. The rooms are in a seriously need of a deep cleaning. Housekeeping is very loud in the morning, shouting and laughing on the corridors. We’ve also had an issue with the payment. They refused payment by card, claiming they do not have a card machine. When I asked to pay by cash and have a receipt, they said they don’t provide that either. I needed a receipt and vat invoice for obvious reasons, so this was REALLY disturbing. When i asked them to cancel the reservation bcs they cannot provide proof of payment, a card machine had mysteriously appeared from the managers office. I had to wait 30 min for a vat invoice as well, as the receptionist kept not understanding how to make one?

Close to the beach and availability of scooter rentals. Need more cleaning. There were cockroaches in the room. Didn’t vacuum the carpets well. Only cash accepted at the property. Need to be card accepted.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! My room with balcony was gorgeous, spacious and I had the best sleep in this bed despite of quite noisy area. Great hot shower. The first room that I got required some maintenance and they gave me another one. Very kind and friendly staff, especially the doorman! 2 mins walk to the beach. Would come again for sure! Thank you. There’s some bar right next to the hotel that blasts out loud music till late at night with no days-off. Just worth of mentioning.

Staff were nice, especially the cleaning team. The pool area was run down and covered with cigarette butts. There were no chairs to sit by the pool and the tiles in the pool were all chipped - bit devo. We booked the hotel because of the pool area and the view from the roof but it was not a nice area.

The room I got was really spacious and clean. The location was amazing right near the beach and restaurants. Amazing value for money There was a gross smell on floor 7 the one my friend was staying on but my level was fine. The pool wasn’t maintained properly, there were tiles fallen off and the pool wasn’t clean. Would’ve been nice to be able to put Netflix on the TV but, overall was amazing and I would definitely book this place again if I was staying in Da Nang again

Location The stuff is really unfriendly. They don’t say “Hello”, they don’t want to answer the questions. They don’t change the broken kettle, they don’t bring the knife for fruits. Everything what I asked was ignored by stuff. The shower was not clean. They didn’t clean the room everyday. And the balcony door wasn’t able to close fully. The room was very cold.
