Rich Hotel

Very very very loud house music physically vibrated room. From 8 to early hours. Run down dated

Nice hotel, location close to the beach and restaurants. Guest should avoind the last floor, rooms facing the street. There is a laundry above and the water pump for the washing machines is vibrating and making noise in the morning and you can not have a decent sleep.

Good location close to the beach and a few cafes and minimarts The room was filthy dirty. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dirt, the bedding was dirty and didn’t smell fresh, even the fridge had hair in it. The surfaces were very dusty and dirty and broken chair in the room. The room was very musty which despite opening windows did not dissipate.

Standard kind of room adequate bath, Wi-Fi good. No view in 2nd floor, peekaboo water view 5th floor Couldn’t open sliding doors to balcony. Hallway dark at night had to use flashlight to unlock door. Air conditioning did not work in first room given, nor did it work in room they relocated me to

The location was good, and the receptionist were nice when you could find her Water pressure in the bathroom, the room was pretty dirty in the places which are not on the view. Like drawers and cabinets, they were full of rubbish

In Da Nang, it seems like you either choose to be In the centre by the river, or alternatively by the sea. This hotel is by the sea, one block back from the sea front. Some rooms have a sea view, between buildings. So I think it's in a great position. Plenty of bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the sea. The staff are really lovely. Very helpful and nice to talk to. The rooms with seaviews are large (I can't comment on the other rooms). I had a few issues with the hardware - TV remotes not working; a/c noisy; lights flickering etc. The hosts were immediately helpful in resolving, once I'd raised each issue. But it became apparent that the hardware is in need of a bit of an upgrade generally. However, for the price of the hotel room and its great location, I didn't really mind.

The balcony was great and the room was very large. It's also in a great location close to the beach. The bathroom was very dirty and the water pressure kept pulsating on and off so showers weren't great. The room smelt very moldy.

Rooms are spacious with TV and small fridge and nice closet.Close to beach, Staff are very nice and helpful Theres a Moldy smell and Mold on the wall, we have to keep windows open to let the smell go out. Shower drain is clogged and shower was not smooth enough it comes on and off. Kettle is a bit rusty

unfortunately booking a budget hotel, we did have used condoms in our garbage as well as a red stain (blood?) on our pillowcase. luckily I had my own packed. one bed had a black grease mark across the blanket and there was a dirty bowl and spoon in closet. We were out of our room remainder of our stay but would recommend staying elsewhere. Staff seemed lovely all things considered.

Across from the beach, bed was comfy and the staff was very nice. The shelves in the bedroom were falling down, and the walls had some pretty serious wayer damage.

Great value for money the room was great and everything we needed bathroom was nice, did us well and in a great location nothing, was a great stay

Staff very helpful..A very basic hotel stay and very cheap room.Location reasonable close to beech. Supermarket very close to hotel.. A good back packers hotel. Problems with toilet in room Would not refill to flush. Had to ask for house keeping as no ticket provided to put on door.

We enjoyed our night at this hotel. Rooms are clean confortable and big. The receptionists were very king to do the check in at 3am as our flight was at that time. Really recommended!
