All of the above. It described it as beachfront and it was not. The room was small and didn't match the pictures on booking.com

Rooftop pool is super nice. The location was perfect with a lovely neighborhood. Even though staffs were friendly, they responded to my requests a little slow…. Sometimes I had to remind them many times. Sometimes they forgot my requests. The door was broken on my arrival. It could be opened without key, which scared me. However, they fixed it. Some lights were broken and not yet replaced. The linens and blankets were a bit old . The positive side is they seemed to renew them daily.

The hotel and the rooms are extremely old. There are bugs on the wall. Furnitures are from 80s

It was not good and had no elevator at entrance. Staff was OK. I didn't stay, I disliked it that much.

Super clean room without any smell. Amazing experience

Location Just the shower drain. A smell comes from here as the building plumbing has no S- trap built in when constructed. Maybe the owner could put a special tile over it to stop the smell. I had to keep the bathroom door closed but the smell still got into the room.

great staff Quynh. she managed everything perfectly. amazing how she manages this large property alone with a ever-smiling face always ready to help suggest. all were fine. will visit again if i go to da-nang again

The pressure in the shower was awful:( almost no hot water , you have to wait for some minutes until it finally appears Some insects were in the room as well No soundproofing, every night I was listening to some American teenagers have a big party right in the room ? Some sockets in the room didn't work But overall not a bad option for this price

This place is great..near the beach..5 min walk..has around a lot of restaurants, coffee places and supermarlets..its my second time here and if i ever return to danang this is my choice for stay.
