The staff and especially Trang did everything ahead could to accommodate me and address my issues. They did their best to fix the tv and the cooler. This place can be very loud especially with dragging chairs late at night by guests or in the morning by the cleaning staff. No hand soap offered. It’s not the first time it happened to me in Da Nang…

Location is near the sea with lots of restaurants on the way. We got appartment and it was very spacious and clean. We had to change the accommodation and when we arrived to this hotel in the middle of the night it turned out the last room was double booked. But then they offered us the appartment. Guy working that night was helpful and spoke english!

Location was great, very close to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and massages. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The receptionist who was on shift when we arrived was super rude. The rooftop was abandoned, like nobody used it for years, no beach beds, no bar, no music, no pool heater, no towels, and the steam room does not work anymore.

Staff, check-in and check-out time bothering with calls in the morning more than an hour earlier while for the check-in had to wait until 2pm.

Location was only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and it was surrounded by a lot of restaurants and establishments. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was cheap but did not have a wide selection. One of the reasons why we booked the hotel was because of the rooftop pool. However, the pool was not well maintained. It was dirty when we visited and there were no sunbeds.
