Location was great. Bed was large and comfortable. The rooms were clean and staff was super pleasant. The gym was a nice bonus, adequately equipped. The pool in the terrace was also really nice. A/C unit was either unbearably cold or hot, no matter how much we fiddled with it. The hotel has terrible sound insulation, we could hear every sound in the street even from the 6th floor. The breakfast wasn't very good, despite what the reviews said. The bathroom design leaves a lot to be desired, showering renders the toilet unaccesible unless you want to get wet.

Just had one night here transiting through to Hoi An. Super comfortable beds, great water (hot/pressure) delightful staff all around. Breakfast was also convenient and delicious.

Good location, clean room No window in the room but we knew that. Also you need to sign that you pay for dirty sheets / towels in the room and they check before letting you leave the hotel which I found a bit strange

I loved the location and that my room was clean and quiet. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool. I think breakfast could have been better if I was really looking for something to critique.

great location, very close to the beach, restaurants. breakfast food was often only warm. staff serving breakfast very unwelcoming and one staff member was unwell and had a continuously runny nose which she dabbed at with tissues then without washing hands handling guests food, not good.

Friendly, helpful staff! Location… walking distance to restaurants, beach. Beautiful hotel… renovated modern rooms, rooftop pool. Excellent breakfast with Western and Asian options.

The room itself was good with comfy beds & pillows and nice & clean. The rooftop pool was lovely with nice views, could see the head of the dragon bridge clearly. It was in a handy position to restaurants and beach. The room itself was good but we booked for a city view room and ended up in a room on the first level with a view of the building on the other side of the laneway between the buildings. The laneway was very noisy very early in the morning, one morning we were woken up at 4 am from all the yelling going on the other mornings the latest we got to sleep in was 6 am due to noise. Also noise from the room above ours. Breakfast was very average compared to other places we stayed on our trip. I have added photos of the view we had from our supposed city view room we booked.

The property is very modern. Our room was large, bed so comfortable and awesome rain shower head. All staff are amazing… so kind, friendly and so helpful. The breakfast selection is good with both Asian and Western dishes… eggs made to order. The breakfast servers were always friendly and helpful. Location is excellent…. 5 min walk to the beach, many restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Rooftop pool was amazing. 10/10!!
