This hotel is close to the Da Nang city centre so you can get to anywhere you want for a short time, and also the My Khe beach is just across the street so just like 2 minutes for you to get there. The staffs were super friendly in helping me all my questions or needs, and also were sorry for a bit delay in checking me in as it was so crowded with many guests checking in and out at the same time. The room is clean, spacious, fancy and has a nice view like in the photos. The pool on the top floor (22nd perhaps) has an amazing view of My Khe beach. The Breakfast is okay with many options from western to asian. Well, I like most things here. However, I know that I shouldn’t expect much, but for this hotel at this price and range, I expected to have some assistance with my luggages when I arrived at the hotel. But when I got off from the taxi, there was a guy who helped me to bring my luggages down the car…and that’s it. He disappeared, and I had to drag my bag and luggages from the outside up to the stairs to the main hall and to the reception area without any help or assistance (the luggages were heavy for stair tho). After check-in, I also had to bring my luggages to my room by myself. I mean, I could do it by myself, but the way I had to bring all my luggages from the taxi to the room on my own when staying at the hotel considering as pretty luxury and high fare was kinda not reasonable. Maybe hotel should assign more bell staffs for high season like summer.

Great location, right on the beach front in the middle of the strip. The breakfast was exceptional. we stayed in 5 different hotels in Vietnam and this one was one of the cheapest yet the breakfast was by far the best. The exterior looks a little tired but don't let that put you off, internally it is very well kept modern and extremely clean.

Little bit more hoovering in the room...linen and towels were changed every day,however we thought the carpetnwas never hoovered.also the built in fridge wasnt ventilated properly,overheated itself,therefore drink were not really cold

Location is great. Room wonderful, view amazing. Special thanks to Thu Hien in the breakfast dining area, best coconut coffee ever, always smiling and very friendly. Nowhere to hang towels after shower, bathroom needs towel rails. Shower also needs a longer non slip mat, as the wet floor is very slippery when you try to walk out from the shower. I nearly slipped a couple of times.

Location location .. across from the beach. Breakfast was a good variety and staff were amazing. Clearing dishes as fast as guests left table. My husband is vegetarian and they made special noodles and rice for him. Very comfortable,clean room with lovely side view of ocean and city. Could see the dragon bridge at night. Many restaurants nearby and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk at night. Could see all the lights from our room. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our air con didn’t work the first night, and we received a call by mid morning, we were being given another room. Just had to put our suitcases and stuff together, and they moved the items, as we were out on a day trip. No complaints and highly recommend. Nothing

Great hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff and a fabulous menu, food was excellent throughout our stay, the only negative was the pool bar on the roof was seldom used and lacked any atmosphere. There is a basement carpark for scooters, and it is literally over the road from the beach and bars. The staff were really helpful booking train tickets, arranging transfers and always welcoming.

Spacious room, nice pool, and gym equipment is OK. Breakfast dishes like soups, dumplings, hot snacks or salads are not labeled, so if you have allergies it is a problem. Bad smell from the bathroom. I needed to ask twice to have the room cleaned properly. Not really what you except from a 4*
