Just did not like the hotel overall. The staff looked like they did not want to be there. This was not a four star hotel by any means.

Excellent spread of breakfast during our entire stay was beyond expectations. Must check with chef for variety of the day. Wonderful staff, always ready to fulfill all of your demands. Hotel location reminded us of Vegas, with additional bonus of the sea view.

Overall was nice. The view all be it sea view, but sea view was between high rises and building site. Waste of time, bathtub...water was like warm.... staff were nice enough. One of the people I was travelling with went to karaoke bar and was aggressively pushed out the door and was told it was Korean only.. he felt intimidated and as though they were racist. I don't know about other countries but if English people in UK had a bar and told people it was English only, there'd be an uproar. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was floor 11 and the other 18. There were a couple of occasions we needed to go to one another's room but found after this Karaoke incident, our keys wouldn't allow this and we only could go to breakfast room or entrance. So although hotel was nice enough and we will go back to Da Nang , we would not go to this hotel because of the Karaoke incident and how ? was treat Karaoke incident.... bath tub room not worth it

The room was big & comfortable. On check out they charge me for a dirty towel. My son had a vomit accident the day before & I used it to catch a bit of the vomit. I didn't think anything about it and I told them I didn't have a choice. One of the lady there was rude.

Nice facilities and very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with shower and bathtub helped with managing bathroom time, too. We were very comfortable! I didn’t like the property, I LOVED it!

Location was great. View from the family room on level 20 was amazing. Staff are really nice and friendly Rooms need a little upgrade and maintenance

It not luxury more like ageing 4 star hotel . For the money great value location good 10 min walk to beach but much cheaper then hotels on beach staff good.. We had 3 room apartment . Very big very comfy with full sea view 2 bathrooms we enjoyed very mich from the room . and the stay but see the negative room nice but see aging signs aircon filters dirty as for years was not cleaned .Pool aging allot of small coacroches not always have towel . But children enjoy as it inside so no direct sun. Breakfast many choises change many things daily but all food tastless . This the only hotel in vietnam we didnt enjoy breakfast only drink cofee and omlete

The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is small but lovely and right in the middle of everything. Walk to beach? Market and bridges. The view was amazing. Unfortunately I would have loved up see the pool bar in action but it was not busy enough to staff it. I loved my stay.

Breakfast didn't have much to choose from unless you wanted pho or fried stuff. Scrambled eggs were okay.. I do have to say Staff were very friendly and brought me a cake to the room since they saw it was my birthday, a very nice thing. There was a coffee store in the lobby which had a working hour that never was correct, it opened and closed when they pleased. Also the Bedsheets weren't big enough to cover the whole bed and you could see the mattress which was pretty unconfortable.
