The location was pretty convenient. The room was big enough. The hotel is really shabby looking. The owner's family lives on the first floor so it didn't feel like a hotel. The lobby was pretty messy. The owner looked surprised at our check-in. They sent their kids to send stuff that were missing from the room. Our room wasn't cleaned so well, there was debris from previous guests. The bedsheet and pillow cases weren't so clean. Our towels were low quality and either had holes or were damaged in the washing. Our bed coverings smelled weird since they were kept in the closet. The bathroom didn't have lock to the door. The door was fairly transparent too so it was a bit awkward. The toliteries weren't new, they left the old used soap, shampoo, etc from the previous guests. I was able to request for new ones but it's still pretty gross to have to throw away the half used ones. The TV didn't really work well, it's damaged. The remote was missing batteries so I had to request them too.

The nice room with a good bathroom. And the staff was very helpfull. They had no problems when i want to cancel the second night. Great service!! Bed without a sheet.
