I tried to communicate hotel staff by email but did not get any response. Although, I didn’t have any problem during my stay. I was trying to inform them that I will be checking pretty late at 11 pm.

Nice property a block off the beach. Nice rooftop pool. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast which had mostly lunch items. Clean. Cheap by weight laundry service. Free bottles of water daily. No early check in. The lobby had 20+ people waiting until the clock struck 2pm. No towels for guests at the pool after dark.

Location is good Loud noises at night. Window of room does not shut properly, so essentially can hear all traffic and music from beach clubs, despite being on a high floor.

The hotel it’s very well located, so close to the beach! The room was clean and comfortable. During breakfast time, the staff is very good at keeping the tables clean and ready for the next guest! They would only provide one key to the room, even though the room it’s for 2 guests. We asked for a second key, but the reception said no, saying that if we lost the key, they would open the room for us! We arrived almost midnight, and would only stay one night, so we didn’t try to explain that we only wanted 2 keys so we could enter the room separately, if this was needed!

Amazing location, very welcoming staff, amazing room on 19th floor with a great view of the sea. It was a wonderful 3 night stay for us. We would like to stay again in the same hotel when we visit Da Nang.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. We had a nice, spacious room with beautiful views of the city. The staff was very friendly, especially Ellie and Jenna, who did their absolute best to make our stay pleasant. Housekeeping was also great and we returned to a clean room every single day. I can't forget the breakfast as there was always such a wide variety of options to choose from! There were a few things that disappointed us. The biggest concern was the mislabeling of vegan products at breakfast. As I am lactose intolerant, vegan options are usually a lifesaver for me. Unfortunately, the 'vegan' pancakes and condensed milk both contained dairy. While I am used to not having the luxury of pancakes or milk at hotel breakfasts, the incorrect labeling is what truly annoys me, as it is misleading and poses a potential health risk. I strongly recommend the management educate the staff on food allergies and correct these labels immediately. On a positive note, Ellie and Jenna were always helpful and proactive when we needed to clarify ingredients, so shoutout to them. Another issue was the laundry service. A few pieces of our clothing came back with stains, likely due to a poorly maintained machine. Even after returning them and washing them again, the issue persisted. While the staff promised to fix it for the future guests, I would have expected some form of compensation or the fee to be waived, given it wasn't our fault and now we have to give it to further cleaning. Lastly, on a personal note, the pillows were a bit too tall for my liking. Other than these points, it was a good stay.

Location is good easy access to the beach and 25 min walk to the dragon bridge where the evening market is located. Nice coffee shops in the area as well. We didn’t know at for hand that there would be a renovation on the pool at the rooftop that made it noisy starting early in the morning before 8am. This took some three days from our total of 5 days. Often long waiting for the elevator. On some rainy days that we had and you want to watch some tv they didn’t have sufficient channels to choose from. I also found the communication with the front desk could be better as the hotel was the only hotel that sent messages about that they couldn’t access the payment method. Then I had decided to come over personally otherwise they would cancel my booking but when I showed up it wasn’t really necessary it was all good in my opinion it was wasted time and energy to clear things up this way.

The location is fantastic! It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the area is full of restaurants and cafés. There are also plenty of shops and places to walk around. I even had the best fish at a seafood restaurant just a 4-minute walk away. The staff were very kind and friendly, and they gave me a nicer room and upgraded me for free I didn’t like the breakfast, and the coffee was col

Marina , Lylay and Ha at reception were such wonderful people . We had some laughs together and they were so nice and welcoming!!

I really loved my stay there and would stay there again if I visit Da Nang again.

The room is room size is ok. There is no balcony. The beach is just cross the road. But there is no how to dry towels and beach where if you are staying with the family (they could have add some racks in the bathroom). The breakfast is very poor. We stayed in 2003 (20th floor) and the smell of the sewage was everywhere (inside and outside of the room).
