Overall the hotel is OK They don’t accept credits cards The name of the hotel it’s not represent the hotel
-
Felt the room was on the smaller side and no plug by the desk which was somewhat inconvenient but not a huge issue.

Location is excellent, room was clean, nice view of city. Sharp stairs to enter with no railing, lift up but not down to ground, states terrace, no terrace unless you count the roof with no seating, pictures of restaurant, these are of surroundings.

Clean and lovely staff Nothing
-
location and room was clean enough although there were bugs staff actively scams people, attempts to kick them out of their stays a day early (probably to pocket the money like they try to do upon check in)

The property is clean enough and on my first stay it was fine but second stay was terrible. Upon arriving I paid for my room (they only accept cash), i counted out the bills one at a time on the counter along with the clerk and when I was finished I reached to put my wallet back in my pocket. It was the that the clerk said I was 500,000 VND short. Perhaps I was careless despite counting it all meticulously and gave him another 500,000. I went to my room and he messaged me I was again 500,000 VND short and when I pushed back and told him I definitely paid the right amount “check the cameras”. The next morning another staff member came to collect the 500,000. I told her again to check the cameras because I knew I indeed paid (and overpaid) the amount. After that I did not hear another word about it. Upon check out I heard other tenants complaining the staff were trying to make them check out one day early despite having paid for their stay upfront. Nothing was done about this.

Not far from the beach, restaurants, bars and services. Laundry service (paid by weight) avail right down on ground floor. Rooms were small, Ok for the price we paid as we only need 1 night before check-in our Wyndham resort reservation in Hoi An. Hotel suitable for young travellers in low budget. Won’t recommended for family or family with young children I booked 2 rooms late in the afternoon just before our boarding at 17:50 from Hanoi to Danang because we worry we got delayed or cancelled and received the message instantly if I didn’t reply within 10mins in term of check-in time they would not secure my booking which was surprised (even I stated check in time approx 20:00-21:00) The receptionist asking for passports which was standard and then also requested our visa for Vietnam. That was the 1st time EVER. Non of the hotels asking since we arrived VN 10days ago and stayed multiple hotels across the country in this trip and we went 10+trips over 20 years. She almost argued with me that 2 Russians in my group ? required visa even after I explained they did not need visa to enter VN why they needed visa to stay at the hotel. Staff did not pay attention to guest in and out hotel. No greeting no offer any thing if we needed

Both housekeeping and front desk staff were warm and helpful The location is in an area only a few blocks from the beach surrounded by many many markets and restaurants some good some brilliant. When you exit the hotel go left and about 100 ft on the left side is a little noodle and soup restaurant that does some of the best beef bone broth soup you should try their special The best and worst massage that I've had in Vietnam were at the place to the right as you exit the hotel next door The first massage I took covered all of the areas needed perfectly However the second massage by a bigger lady was literally the worst most uninspired massage I've ever had in my life and I'm a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to therapeutic massage of any type The room was a little bit more dated than in the listing photos The molds in the bathroom and room could easily and inexpensively be resolved with a little bit of distilled white vinegar and baking soda, bleach or some other inexpensive household cleaning chemicals Laundry service will only do your laundry one way. So if you have delicates or expensive clothing or underwear with elastic in it they're overheated industrial dryers will take years off of your clothing life

Great Hotel. Great area. Clean, great staff. Not a lot for amenities but I highly recommend. The staff was forward enough to let us know prior to check-in that one of the rooms did not have a window. We were okay with that for a night and asked if one came available could we get it instead. That is what happened. They were completely full and other hotels in the area were also.
