Adding more elevators would significantly improve the guest experience. During my stay, I noticed long wait times for the elevators on multiple occasions. Additionally, due to the proximity to the beach and pool, the elevator floors were frequently wet and slippery from swimming guests. Implementing wet-floor mats or clearer signage for swimmers would help address this safety issue.

The location is great and breakfast and the room service food was good. Loved the spa services. The water in the washroom was clogging up and taking long time to drain. Otherwise no issues

My friends and I stayed here for 5 days and had the best experience! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home and taken care of. The hotel itself was fantastic, we had the deluxe room with a city view and lovely balcony. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel restaurant, which was buffet style and everything you can possibly want for breakfast with an amazing coffee station. The rooftop bar was excellent! We had dinner there a couple of nights andthey had freshest seafood, amazing cocktails and the staff was attentive and truly wanted to make you have a special experience. I also had a Thai massage that left me feeling looser and ready to take a nap! Overall, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in and will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Da Nang again. Special shout out to all the staff especially Hung, Thanh, Anh, Quoc, Quyen, Phu'ong, Thuong, Yen, Hao, Viet, Teong. My friends and I look forward to coming back and seeing you all again! Nothing, everything was great!

Clean, nice staff, nice sauna Not picture friendly glass on the pool area. Dirty, should have been cleaned. Same with the rooftop bar. Drinks made with no effort. Our group ordered different cocktails and all got cocktails in same basic glass with no added decorations. Went to the neighbor hotel the night after and drinks were great!

The room was large and the view of the ocean was amazing. Breakfast was awesome with lots of variety. Check in was very slow and reception quite often didn't know the answer to our questions. The hotel is quite a bit out of town which required us to catch grabs all the time.

Great roof top bar restaurant with unparalleled views of Da NANG. Fabulous however unheated covered pool. Great breakfast. Really lovely people staff. Awesome deluxe rooms. Just too far from the main action of town and beaches. No beach facilities beds umbrellas or bars restaurants. About 1 1/2 - two miles away for convenience.

The hotel is very new, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided very good service throughout my stay. I had a small issue during my visit, but it was handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the experience here. I experienced a small issue during my stay, but it was resolved very quickly by the staff, so it did not affect my overall experience too much.

They has mistake to list two bedrooms and I booked two bedrooms but when we came they said only one room available, the they offer a family room for our two family total 9 person with 4 adults and 4 kids and 1 baby. They said they would offer this since their mistake. They show us two type of room: one is ocean view and one is city view. We selected ocean view and agreed to stay. Then we provided all papered and checked for 30’ and came out said they can not offer that room to us since we have 9 persons. I originally gave them all info and they said all are okay now they back up without reason. I asked what they can do they said we have to buy the single room and this family. That was ridiculous when we hả e to pay more than double price we booked. Or they said they will cancel our booking. They left us no option. Our kids were so exhausted and tired si. E been waiting for room and now nothing. We were so un-happy and only option for us is to cancel and find another place. Bad customer service and un-professional service a hotel like this. I would it recommend this hotel if you planning to book.

Good location, clean facilities, nice breakfast, good view. Stuffs are so helpful and well-trained. If possible switch off the door light sensor. It turned on during the night when some other guest pass by outside.

Exercise room, sauna and pool, it’s got roof top bar. Near the beach. Trashy around the area but people are good. The smell… do t know what it was but the smell was foul.

The overall experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful and always made sure everything was meeting our expectations. The workout room, sauna and steam room were wonderful. We enjoyed the restaurant and roof top bar. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the ocean. What more could you ask for!

The property was beautiful, nicely situated in the city, near the beach. Buffet was great and had good variety. Loved the welcome drink. The kids area was perfect for our little one. Everyone was really nice and helpful. For some reason, maybe the holiday?, there was really loud music and chanting that started at around 0530 and was playing on and off throughout the day. The first time it happened it was around 0800 or 0900, so we thought it was kinda cool, but it just kept going.
