I was travelling on a budget and I needed a cheap place to settle in. This choice was an excellent one in terms of value for money. The room was quite big. I was upgraded for free. Staff was always nice and helpful. They promptly helped me when I had an issue with the motorbike I rented there. It was a pleasant stay in general. The hotel is far from what is presented here on Booking.com. The place is outdated, needs renovation. There's no restaurant. No direct access to the beach. You need to walk 10 min at least. The pool is a dirty pond, basically. Cleanness is not up to the best standard for a hotel. They offer motorbikes rental service, but it is more expensive than the average cost for renting a motorbike in Danang. Especially for long term rental.

It is cheap, there are some nice cafes around and the beach is only 5-10 walking minutes away (the hotel does not have beach access). The room had all promised facilities (TV, kettel, AC, fan, ...), even though most of it were rather old, rusty or/and dirty. The pictures do not show the reality at all and the ratings/reviews are way to high (many without any text in the review, which seems suspicious). Therefore, we expected too much and were really disappointed when we saw the room. Some examples: a lot of killed mosquitos on the walls - we also had at least 10 mosquitos in our room when we arrived, the curtains were damaged and hanging loos, the bathroom was not really clean, the AC was barely working at all and loud, the wifi was also most of the time not working (fortunately we had mobile data), we heard everything on the floor (most annoying when we woke up twice a night because others were arriving). There is a pool beside the hotel, but it is surrounded by three walls and there is no place to relax there. You can only get to the pool by leaving the hotel (via the underground parking or the front entrance).
