City center Every piece of item was accounted for. Towel usage, sheet, blanket. Was very odd they only let one blanket extra per room. I booked 2 rooms and had to ask for another blanket to be brought up to another room to retrieve. My sister was charged a plate that housekeeping took away when they cleaned her room. Also the door hang they said was missing but it was in the room. I checked out of a. Room and they forgot to charge me for laundry. When my taxi came they asked me to come back to pay knowing the for front lobby had no parking zone. Taxi had to wait and was constantly pressuring us because he may get ticketed. Elevator was very stuffy and slow. Will probably not stay here again. We had 2 suites and 1 room. Many other choices to choose from. Food buffet could be better. Juices watered down. Soups terrible. Pho, mi quang, all flavorless.

We only stayed a short time after arriving from the airport late, but it was no problem getting from the airport to the hotel with a grab; only a few minute drive. The bed was comfortable and no issues with the shower. The breakfast buffet had a great variety with fresh fruit and cooked food; western food included.

It was where we needed to be. The pool was freezing. The restaurant did not have a lot to choose from and you couldn’t buy wine by the glass.

Location Toilet: There is no separate door for the rest room Breakfast: The hotel is good and the staff are friendly, but in the breakfast buffet there were not enough separate serving utensils. Some salads contained meat and shared the same spoon with other dishes, which made it difficult for us to eat. I suggest providing separate utensils for each dish

Staff is helpful and friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is close to all amenities, eg. Food, cafe, pubs, and massage. Very convenient and all with walking distance. The breakfast buffet is good but can be improved.

Excellent breakfast except the Pho Noodle Soup just warm, should be hotter. The fruits are great and so is the coffee.N Keep it as is except the soup must be steam hot

Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, great location. First room had a mould smell and required us to move. Finally settled down in the third room. Only the room is air conditioned, the rest of hotel was very hot.

The hotel offered enough variety for the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and courteous. I wish there was a more solid partition (instead of just frosted glass) to divide the bathroom from the bedroom to give guests more privacy.

I liked the location - located near the Da Nang river and close by to many amenities and shops. There are decent looking pho restaurants just down the street form the hotel, a popular cafe/coffee place right next to it and good massage places close by. We didn't manage to try everything but the coffee place and massage place was good. Staff were generally ok and fairly responsive to feedback, and were eager to help. Rooms were very clean and upkept. Decent hotel breakfast with good variety of carbs and proteins, as well as sweet treats. Tastes ok too. Air conditioning was not good. Thermostat says 16C when real temperature in room is closer to 25 - 27 degrees. We had hotel staff over to the room a few times to try to sort it out the issue - it did bring about some improvement but not optimal. There is no door or any wall between the toilet and shower - something that we found common in Vietnam hotels. Take note if you are not travelling with partner/spouse. The view from the balcony or corridor windows were not impressive. Just a city view with loads of old buildings surround the hotel, so can't be helped.
