The room design was nice No one available at check in both times I went there. Room is worse for wear than it looks, almost falling apart at times just when I did something simple like opening a door, I had to put pieces back together as they were just falling out. The ceiling was coming apart too. Air conditioner was not cold enough either

Very close to the beach, overall modern rooms, quite calm at night too. Staff not present at the front desk at any moment. Curtains full or accumulated dust, room not convenient to share with friends since bathroom has see through glass walls. No breakfast available.

Gorgeous gorgeous GORGEOUS room! Well thought through decor, mini fridge for all the little necessities, SEPARATED SHOWER AND TOILET THANK U SO MUCH GOOD LORD! Multiple options for ambient lighting - really appreciated that. Wanna do laundry? Place right in front of the door does it. Coffee? Around the corner. Motorbike rent? 1 minute walk. Divine, if u ask me. The bathtub leaked on the floor when i was in it. A lot. Also stairs werent the best experience but it’s not something that can be easily controlled.

The room was clean and just as I expected. They were very kind and responsive on WhatsApp. The location is great too, so I’d love to come back again when I visit Da Nang next time.

No elevator and construction next door was noisy in early morning

Our room was really cute. The location was great for a short walk to the beach and really close to Sơn Trà area. There are coffee shops, food, laundry service, and scooter rental in the same vicinity. The staff was rarely onsite so be ready to communicate through Whatsapp. The room was also not in the best shape. There were water/mold stains in a few areas, the bath tub faucet want fully functional, the hot water wasn't hot enough for a bath, and our pillows smelled really mildewy. We could've asked for new pillows but it wasn't very convenient so we sucked it up since it was only 3 nights.

When I entered the room, there was an extremely strong bleach/chemical smell. The room was not clean there were cobwebs, dirt, and bugs on the wall and the bathtub was dirty. The air conditioner was also dirty and leaking water, causing a HUGE puddle on the floor. I informed the hotel about the smell and was told the room would be cleaned the next day, but there was no one available at reception to speak with. Due to the conditions, I could not stay and notified the hotel, but I never received a response. I recommend reading reviews carefully before booking.

Staff was excellent

The staff here are so kind and accommodating, always making sure we’re comfortable and have everything we need. Our room gets cleaned every day, and they even provide fresh water and tea daily, which feels like such a thoughtful little touch. The space itself is modern and minimalist, but still really cozy. What I love most is the small private garden, plus the outdoor shower and bathtub. It feels like a mix of comfort and nature, almost like having a little resort all to ourselves. The room itself is beautiful, but the air conditioning was a real letdown. It never really cooled the space enough, so we had to rely on an electric fan just to feel comfortable. Every night felt like a bit of a struggle trying to keep the room cool. I reported it to the staff and even asked if we could move to another room, but unfortunately, the place was fully booked.

The bed was amazing and the decoration was very nice.

The location is good, being walking distance from both the beach and the Han river. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Unlike the common experience in Vietnam, the staff availability and the services provided from the hotel (guided trips etc) were limited or not there. It gave an air bnb vibe despite being a hotel. The bathrooms need more privacy; the rooms feel more geared towards couples than friends or family. The refrigerator wasn't working in our room which resulted in some of our food going off. No microwave available or laundry facility available.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, and I must say it’s absolutely worth the price. The room is spacious, beautiful, and the bathroom is just as nice. What impressed me the most was their quick response to messages on Booking.com—every question I asked was answered within minutes. I arrived early in the morning, way before check-in time, but they kindly provided me with a door code so I could come in, sit down, and store my luggage while waiting. As soon as the previous guest checked out, they cleaned the room immediately and let me check in early, clearly noticing how tired I was. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect stay. The bed sheets are fantastically soft. You can rent a bike from the family who lives on the opposite side of the road and do the laundry at the house next to them. The bedside lamps were a little dusty

Location was good, close proximity to the beach, eateries and restaurants We had to make payment before checkout. The room door swing bar lock was broken, the door has been damaged near the lock, we were concerned. The room was some what clean but the accessories need replacement or repair. The toilet exhaust fan was not working, tv remote was not working and the staff only responded the following day. Please fix the issues so the next guests don't go through this

We can hear the sound of rat moving inside the plumb in the middle of the night because we stayed in ground floor. 2. Shower booth looked like to be placed outside the room. It can be cold sometimes. 3. We didn't have door between room and toilet. We slept beside the toilet. 4. Not enough hot water to bath. 5. The sheets of pillow had some smells for 4days. And I could see sand on the blanket after every cleaning. 6. We saw cockroach at our toilet area which has no barrier with our sleeping area. 7. Some people were always singing with karaoke machine outside the hotel.
