Breakfast: Very Good Beach: Very close Pool & Bar: Very good Room: Very humid (We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked for the day and couldn't be changed. They only provided a dehumidifier, which ran for three hours before the humidity improved. The dehumidifier ran continuously for the three days we stayed, and as soon as it stopped, the humidity immediately approached 80-90%.) The restroom should have a ventilation or dehumidification system.

Location. Lucy was very helpful at checkin. Very Good breakfast. Good service for the most part. Elevators were a big issue. A single trip in the elevator was a 15 minute ordeal. Balcony had no chairs or table or any furniture at all. What was the point of booking an ocean view balcony room if you can’t sit and enjoy the view from the balcony!!

The hotel is a little dated , the carpet in the room was dirty smell a little moldy, but I can see the renovation when I was staying, the bed super comfortable , clean bathroom . The breakfast buffet was amazing. They have all different variety of food and they changed it every other day. I really enjoyed it. It was a little dated and smell moldy , the beaches from the cross the road, so if you want to go to beach to get take a walk

Our primary reason to book this hotel was their vegan breakfast offering which disappointed us for the quality and lack of variation for 4 days. Everything else met expectation except for this.

Huge room with wonderful view over the sea and the city shoreline. Very comfy bed, big bathroom for 2 and separate toilet with a vanity, bidet type toilet seats, good aircon, very good breakfast, good swimming pool: cool but not cold in the end of March, pretty good top floor bar with > 100 beer variety, pretty good seafood dinner for 2, sauna, hot jacuzzi. Very friendly personnel. Only 20 minutes from the airport. 1. Untidy area between the hotel and a beach (but they started to do something there). 2. No beach infrastructure in front of the hotel: no sun shadows, no sun loungers, no beach towels (but I think they are working on it). 3. A bit far from the center of the beach and city (but cheap Grab taxis fix it easily). 4. Some unfinished high rise buildings nearby were abandoned during COVID time, but, unfortunately, you can see them quite often in Da Nang - Ba Na Hill - Hoi An area, so just ignore them.

Room was beautiful and I was upgraded to a king ocean view - could not ask for more. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was huge and to die for. Staff was above and beyond. After staying in DaNang for 4 nights, I would not stay in this area of town again. It is very touristy and I would have preferred to stay further south, where I understand there is more of a digital nomad vibe. Even for a Four Points, it seemed a little pricey, but this is not a huge complaint - my perception may be off. The only thing that didn't go right for me was that I had the seafood linguine for dinner and was sick the next day. Hard to pin this solely on the hotel, but it tainted my overall stay just a tad.

The staff was wonderful to work with. Even the front door guard who did not speak any English was just the nicest person you could meet. The staff was helpful and setting up local excursions. The pool is cold, but it is a lovely view on the roof.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The receptionist was terrible. There are many hotels in Danang that offer better services than this five-star hotel.

The location, ambience and the staff of the hotel is absolutely amazing. The other provided like currency exchange, bicycle, motorbike rental arrangement is also very convenient during travel. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. NA
