The staff was wonderful.The breakfast was great. A beautiful hotalright metro work I did not get my sea view.And the hot water went out as well as the water on the fifth floor

The small table and the tea tray are full of dust. Hope the hotel pays closer attention to details.

Internet was shared by the entire hotel, so it made our working a bit hard as the connection goes down often.

The most comfortable bed we slept on in 2 months travelling SE Asia. Spacious room and bathroom. Nice common areas on the roof and out front of the building. Good A/C and friendly staff available 24/7. Fresh towels and room cleaning every day. The shower was a bit moldy and the water was either burning hot or freezing. Don’t book for the rooftop pool / ocean view alone. It literally looks like they used AI in the photos provided as the ocean view was a tiny sliver and an ugly roof in reality. The hotel itself was in a quiet location which some may prefer but we found it just too far away from everything and the area was a bit run down.

I really liked the staff — they were great and very friendly, which made a positive difference during my stay. However the room was outdated and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. It did not meet my expectations at all. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve cleanliness

Close to the beach, in a calm, side street. Could hear a baby crying on my floor. I guess no sound proofing could help with that. The hotel is rather torn, the room on the 3rd floor was small and stuffy. The air con is right above the bed and blowing directly to the pillow area. The pool area unhygienic, do not be tricked by the pics. The pool is very small and during my stay the water in it looked appalling.

The property was in walking distance from the beach which was basically empty as it is abit further up the road from the main area. The rooftop pool was brilliant and was always empty, the upstairs seating area was also brilliant. The room it’s self was exceptional, the bed was soooo comfortable I slept amazingly and the room was very spacious and had everything you needed in the room (fridge,kettle,shampoo and body wash ect). This is one of the best value for money hotels we have stayed in so far in south east Asia, HIGHLY recommend to stay here Nothing

Close to the beach, 8 minute walk to lots of restaurants. The roof top pool we didn’t use because it looked like algae was growing in it.

Close to the beach and had a rooftop pool. The room was a decent size and comfortable. Staff were friendly and really helpful with things like laundry. Many mosquitos in the room.

I had to find another hotel and did not sleep there any night. The only good thing was the kind lady at the reception. It looked very good in the photos, but in reality it was old and dirty. The worst thing was that there were two dry pee stains on the toilet seat and hairs inside. The water had low pressure, there was no soap. The room had a window that was 50 cm away from a wall.

The staff deserves a 10/10, and the location is excellent—both great and peaceful. I was woken up twice at 1 a.m. by the people in the room above me. The soundproofing in the bathroom is poor because the window goes into the room above, with almost no insulation in that area. Additionally, there is mold in the bathroom on the wall and window. Installing tiles would be a simple and effective way to improve the appearance and prevent mold, but I sometimes wonder why hotels don’t take such basic measures.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange electric bikes for us as well as arrange some tours. They assisted us with every query and did their best to accommodate our requests. The rooms were nice and clean. There were no issues with the shower and bathroom facilities. They provided clean towels whenever asked for and cleaned the room once a day. Overall, a very positive and happy stay for me and my friends. There is no room service and free breakfast option(at least for our rooms). Any request you have is to be done at the reception, though the staff is very friendly and will help you right away.
