Helpful staff, good location, near airport and train station, big room The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, but it is old, and the facilities in the room are also outdated.

Clean. AC worked, shower worked. At first they tried to give us the wrong room, not the one that was booked but after we complained we got what we paid for.

The property was clean and with solid amenities and quality. Hot water didn't seem to get going. Good thing is though the cool showers were refreshing!

They expect to be paid in cash even though on booking it says they accept credit card and they charge you a deposit of 300.000 that is not stated on the listing before booking. If you don't pay they want to steal your passport for your stay. Area is too busy and hard to maneuver.

Noisy flights. The airport is near but for money that I paid it's like a benefit.

Cozy rooms and close to the sea

Location worked well for us as we were travelling by bicycle and it was easy to get to coming in from the north. Only a block from the ocean which was nice. Some good restaurants close by. The staff were great and upgraded our room for no additional charge as we wanted something with a window. The drain in the bathroom is in need of a good cleaning as the water is very slow to drain. Beds are hard which is pretty standard in this area and the bath towels are more like oversized hand towels - again pretty standard for this part of Vietnam and especially in cheaper accommodations.

For this price (I paid about $6) the place is awesome. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was relatively clean and the staff was super nice.

Black mold, hard bed, full of ants, and whats worse: they lock the front gate at night and you have to shout until the security guards wakes up and comes to open it

The hotel was pretty clean. The room was more than okay. The location, quite noisy. A matter of taste, I suppose, as others would enjoy the vicinity of the market, or come to Vietnam to immerse themselves in such a flow of life...I had to ask for hot water in the shower. Poor English at the reception.

good budget hotel. The girl on the reception was very nice and polite. She even upgraded the room I really appreciate it.

Clean Staff was not helpful. Had to pay for bottled water (more then double the price).

It was clean and I did sleep well .. Location is very bad . I arrived late or early in the morning ...nothing to eat ..nothing to drink.. they should understand something about hospitality, not just taking money . When foreign customers arrive they are usually tired and don't want to have a tenuous, painful, google translate discussion . They want to get to their room, and lay down. Wasn't offered anything and .ended up walking for several kilometers searching for something to eat n. drink. finally offered some instant noodles. Foreigners are generally much larger than vietnamese- we don't eat noodles. Very difficult to communicate to the staff for very basic things that usually don't need too many words .was also charged double the price for an extra day because I arrived too early for early checkin . So to lay down for about 8 hours I was charged double the price of my original booking (a full 24 hour stay ). ..internet on my floor was also inconsistent .also had two beds.i requested a single bed in my original booking .why does one person need 2 beds. I don't get it ? I know many vietnamese will stay in a room with 20 people but I don't - and I'm alone . Also toiletries like soap (I think ) were labelled in vietnamese . Just to take a shower a tired grown man needs to find someone to tell me which one of the bottles is soap ? Come on
