Room has no windows

Cleanliness has been an issue, the linen is evidently not changed. Fake windows or i guess because there's a building beside it. Rooms are not the same as photos with a well lit setup. No complimentary bottles and amenities (which i guess not much of a hassle considering nearby stores). Honestly, property needs to understand that even though some components are missing, but keeping it clean, tidy and fresh feel even the floor, nothing beats CLEAN and FRESH room.

Big comfy bed, nice shower, good enough wifi on the 5th floor. Close to good restaurants. My room felt very moldy, the air quality gave me headache. Without a window and only AC that was never cleaned it really is bad after a while. Kept on opening my front door to get some air from the corridor but then the mosquitos came in. The bathroom was dirty, the sink wasn't washed at all and the kettle to boil hot water smelled bad. The mini fridge was leaking some water on the floor. As my room 503 was right next to the elevator it was a bit noisy to be there as well.

Location is good, The charger of e-bike was not allowed to use with the excuse that it might get explode. Not very friendly staff in reception

The location was convenient to the beach but nothing else. When we went to check in we were an hour early, the lady said we could check in early if we post a positive review first. We told her we couldn’t as it wouldn’t be accurate. She still checked us in early. Most of the rooms have fake windows and zero ventilation. The first room was absolutely disgusting, nothing was cleaned, floors covered in garbage, no remote for AC or tv, the windows were fake and the smell was so bad that we couldn’t breathe inside the room. She took us to the next room, the only difference is the windows were real yet the building is inches away from the next door building. The floors and bedding were just as dirty as the first room. Finally she took us to a proper room with windows and somewhat cleaner floors. The bedding was stained dirty, the bed sheets had numerous cigarette burns, the towels were hard and stained and the room smelt like urine. (Below the beds I don’t believe have ever been cleaned) Let’s not forget to mention the massive amounts of ants everywhere in the room and the refilled small water bottles (they were old bottles refilled to look new) The worst part was that housekeeping came into the room while we were away, rummaged through our belongings and took stuff that wasn’t meant to be garbage, luckily we haven’t noticed anything of real value missing yet. The lady at the front desk was by far the worst receptionist we have encountered this entire trip. We tried to rent a motorbike for the day as it was offered by the staff, they would only rent to us in exchange for our passports.

Nice place, not the newest facilities, but for that price and location everything was clean and ok. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, really the best part of it.

Great location, budget friendly restaurants, laundry service 5 min walk, beach 10 min walk. Great receptionists. Outdated 2 star hotel. Just good for sleeping and shower.
