We stayed in a family room and at night even in early morning, kids and moms are shouting or crying. Some are dragging chairs in the other room.

the location is great. good food and massage places all around. convenient store right next to the hotel. you can rent a motorcycle across the street. the walls and floors were dirty. you can tell they didn’t clean it. the AC works but it doesn’t get cold just the same temperature no what matter what degree you put it at.

I arrived around 11.45 pm in Hotel. But could do a smooth check in my room without any waiting. All were perfectly arranged by Mr. Hoang Nguyen. In another day, he also arranged to fix my door lock problem within few minutes. Very helpful staff. That's why I rebooked this hotel, after my return from Hoi An.

The owner was very helpful. He will try to fulfil your request. Our flight was delayed he even offered us for late check out so we can rest in the room. The place overall is worth the money. When we checked in on the first day, the owner told us the hotel was fully booked. We was like??? Because we booked in advance on the booking.com and not last minute booking. He offered us a nearby homestay which is a downgraded room(room is small and old). We stayed there for one night and we came back to this hotel on the next day. We tried to negotiate with the owner to get a discount for the first night. The owner gave us a small discount and promised to give us more mineral water. Hope the owner won't overbooked the room again.

The location of the place is perfect! Very close to the beach. The room is spacious and has everything provided, including toothbrushes and toothpastes! It is great if you are looking at something for a short stay close to the beach and want to save some money. It could be a bit cleaner. And karaoke nearby.... I guess, you never know when you book a place if there will be a karaoke, this is just a Vietnamese thing, but it was so loud till 3 am that I couldn't sleep. It is just a note, there is nothing hotel can do about it.

Good location.That street has many restourants, market and rentabike places. They have free parking.The room was clean The ac coming directly to your head.You can feel seek.

Close to the beach, restaurants and scooter rental. Good value for price. There was hot water and free water. Looked clean The hotel is a bit old and noisy, but we are used to street noise and screaming people by now. Could be cleaner. The walls look dirty.
