Wyndham Soleil Danang - Free Schedule Airport Shuttle

My utmost thank you to one of your employees, her name is Thanh Hannah, she was very helpful, friendly, knowledge, assisted and provided good recommendations as where to go for authentic cuisine, and joyous tours... and spoke and wrote very good English and most of all assisted with airport shuttle reservations.. she is a Gem employee to have on your staff. - Breakfast buffet was awesome... could not as for better, the verity of food, and quality was outstanding... - Room was comfortable and crew came on regular basis to clean.... outstanding -BBQ by the pool was outstanding and the pool are as well as the pool was very clean - The gym was great, you get to use the treadmill and weights very comfortable - Now to the important issues * The Main door to the reception was broke from the day I arrived, 1 July, until I left 14 July.. how and humid air entering the reception area was not pleasant. *Windows and doors throughout the holtel even at my floor, 22, were open, hot air was coming in as well as flying bugs and flies *Lobby door by the suvioner store was constantly open.... hot air was coming in and lobby was uncomfortable, it felt humid and hot. ===Please educate hotel staff to ensure doors and windows are closed, it saves on yiur energy bills Please see comments above

In a perfect location. The room is comfortable and spacious.

Loved our room!! So comfortable and clean and the air con worked amazing. Food was great too! Staff were not very friendly, accommodating, or knowledgeable. We were given the run around A LOT. Also we were offered complimentary drinks based on our room type but then were forced to pay at the end lol.

Nice hotel nice swimming pool nice breakfast overall nice but not more than nice I think it was too expensive for that hotel, and I think it was too crowded.. I think it was not worth the money. Additionally, I think the bed was too stiff and too hard.

Nice stay, good view from the room, was clean and neat. No additional staff was provided, for example was no plates, glasses of vine, you should ask the manager. It was noisy outside in the morning because of construction nearby, no towels at the pool sometimes. A lot of package tourists.

★★★☆☆ 3/5 I recently stayed at Wyndham Soleil Da Nang from 5 June to 7 June 2026. While the hotel benefits from a good beachfront location and comfortable rooms, several operational and maintenance issues significantly affected my overall experience. The most noticeable issue was during breakfast service. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, resulting in long waiting times for guests to be seated during peak hours. In addition, the breakfast buffet lacked variety and did not meet the expectations of a hotel of this category. The reception area was another disappointment. The lobby and check-in/check-out space are surprisingly small and often crowded, which does not reflect the image and quality standards expected from an international hotel brand. A more serious concern was the construction area near Level 49, which guests must pass through when accessing the PH2 floor. The contractor did not appear to implement adequate dust-control measures. Construction dust was visible in the elevator lobby and elevators, potentially affecting guests on multiple floors. Regarding room maintenance, the bathroom ventilation fan in Room 12B15 was heavily covered with dust and clearly required cleaning. Furthermore, the room did not provide a working desk, which was inconvenient for business travelers or guests needing a workspace. I hope the hotel management will address these issues, as they have a direct impact on guest comfort and overall satisfaction. No specific issues

The proximity to the beach is perfect.

The kids area was nice Check in took 1.5 hours with two small kids, it felt like we were staying a deserted hotel as there was no one else on the floor we were on which was creepy feeling. It felt old and a bit run down, and not very friendly. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Good location. Clean and huge rooms. Staff were polite and helpful I would prefer a proper shower area rather than to shower in the bath tub

Decent room Balcony had a napkin full of cigarettes. They could do a better job cleaning. Its also very loud because of the location. Beach events start at 5am and are extremely loud.

New property clean unfortunate kitchen is not working. You cannot cook so I believe this is a waste of space. It’s a full kitchen. You only can use refrigerator. that’s a big issue for a family suites. Nice bed gorgeous view. I had a family room on the 30th floor.

Checkin and checkout process was such a pain. We came to the hotel around 12.30. There was a big queue and we waited around 15 mins. We made the initial checkin, made the payment. Then we came back at 14.00 to get the room. We waited again 10 minutes in the queue and the employee told us to wait 10 minutes so that they can check if the room is ready. After 10 minutes, they told us that we didn’t make deposit payment. When we asked why they didn’t ask the payment when we made initial check in, they couldn’t reply. We paid 1 mio VND per day as deposit. They asked to wait 10 more minutes for them to check the room. So in total we waited 30 mins after check in time. At check out, it was again a huge queue. They asked us to wait 10 minutes until they check the room to give us deposit back. Overall, the whole check in and check out process was horrible.

The location, nice staff members The dirty showered room, no ironing board, dirty floor, “standard room” size is very far from “standard” Crowded loud tourists, complimentary breakfast quality is under average, HOT lobby in busy hours…

Hotel was good overall, but not amazing. But Breakfast was great and the pool was really nice. Nice to have free airport shuttle available. Bathroom has only one hook for bath towels. Ran out of shower gel and toilet paper during the trip, not sure why this would have not been fully stocked in the room. Location wasn't as good as thought, though the beach is close, lots of construction around, and still need to walk a bit to get to any good cafes & restaurants.

Like the hotel service and staff was very understanding and amazing all was good.
