Very good staff and cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Over all was amazing. It’s just kind of far from the beach , which is my bad, I didn’t check. Bur, it is near the dragon bridge and night market.

Property location and view (high floor) Top floor (apartment) is not well kept or even maintained at all. Leaking kitchen sink, noisy water pump, dirty bathrooms

-The hot water doesn’t stable - The city view is amazing, but the outside mirror is so dirty it ruins the view a bit looks like they can’t clean it.

The location is very good. Walking to dragon bridge and night market. The rooms need to be taken care of. Water leakage, AC not working and breakfast was cleared out at 915 even though timing is till 930 AM.

Definitely value for money - we booked a triple family deluxe , and had quite a good view and space. The hotel is also ~400 m from the night market and the dragon bridge, so we had very relaxing evening walks from the place. The pool and gym were also quite nice. 1. Limited vegetarian options in the breakfast - The bigger problem is that it is not clearly marked what is veg and non veg, (For example... rice cake was veg, but one of the topping options was beef chips?) However, the salads and dressings were really good. 2. The service was less than what we expected. We had booked a kings room with panoramic view, but had to change it to triple deluxe to accommodate 3 of us... we spent close to 30 minutes for this change though, after a tiring travel - could have been handled more efficiently. We also had some minor issues in the room - like the bathroom lights and weighing machine didnt work. We had to call reception multiple times to get this fixed (could be the language barrier)?

Room floors and bathroom very clean No staff spoke English enough to understand us. Windows were putrid as were the window sills, making us to not want to open the curtains. Rooms were not made up unless you went and asked them to do it each day. Breakfast had little option if not into asain breakfast.

The breakfast was very good giving both Asian and continental options. The location was excellent. The apartment and the bathroom was a bit old,the room smelt a little dingy like it was left unoccupied for a long time.

The staff were extremely nice ad helpful and the location was great. The condition of the hotel is terrible. The building needs a massive renovation. All of the windows leaked excessively. They had soaking towels at the base of all of our very dirty windows. Kitchen equipment was sparse with no washcloth or dishsoap. Only chopsticks for utensils and very few glasses, bowls, plates etc

Location is okay No air conditioning was on for hotel guest in the restaurant during breakfast; nor in the lobby!! Management trying to save money. This is truly like a 2 star hotel!

Property is nice & room we booked with panoramic view was really enjoyable. Breakfast has very less or none vegetarian options.
