The staff were very helpful and nice with any queries There were no female-only dormitory which is a shame as there was a creepy guy staying in my dorm who kept staring at me and made me feel quite uncomfortable

It has a good location for the dragon bridge on saturday sunday night. Friendly staff Standard has fallen since a year ago. Some beds are hard and some beds are soft. Initially was given a hard bed . After moving, later at 1115 at night I realized that soft bed was next to a window with no curtain at all ... Even the beads did not have a curtain.... very bright . Additionally cleaner comes in at 830 , Is turns off the aircon And open all curtains. Even though check out is at midday. The free breakfast is the Bear minimum and I ended up buying things from other places. Finally the pillows have mould on them .. toxic . Thank goodness I had my own. Finally the bathrooms etc are tiny. Overall, I suppose it is okay for the night. However, the market has changed and there is so many more options that are much better.... I got a terrible sleep and I would not come back..... .

Nice and close to dragon bridge but a bit far away from the beach! Very nice staff. Not the most social atmosphere. Also a note: the location on Google Maps is not correct. It's a block down the road from where Google says it is.

Location was good. it was clean n silent. had weighing scale for adjusting weight of our luggage. staff was responsive they use to listen your problem and tried to resolve it. when asked for plain water they refused and forced for buying bottled water. after complaining one of the staff got water unwillingly. Breakfast was a joke 2 pcs small toast quarter cup of coffee (20ml) vegetarian. electric sockets were not working light was hanging loose fan was not working, after complaining they changed the bed. they use to stop AC after some time, one has to use small fan when it gets hot.

It's a clean, modern, cozy, and well-located hostel with amazing people working here. First, I booked one night just to come and see if the place was good. At the moment, I have been staying in the hostel for 18 days. Two (female) travelers in the dorm had arrived before me and are still staying here. I think that says a lot.

Lam was nice and helpful. Pullow case smells bad, smells like it has been stored in a closet for a year. That girl in the morning doesn't know how to make a simple coffee. I asked her i want vietnamese coffee please. She literally put a bag of instant coffee in quarter glas of cold water and brought it to me, when i told her this is not vietnamese coffee and it's also cold, she just took it away and didn't say anything.
