I'd stay here for my business trip for many times. The best location as well as the cleanness, quite near the beach. The breakfast is kinda boring, need to have more hot noodle soup. I'd prefer to enjoy more specialty food from Danang/ Hoi An.

The suites are great for the price, we stayed in the ocean front and it was spacious, perfect for a long stay as well. No pool, no roof top access, no balcony, difficult to dry clothes.
