Since most of the clients to visit hotels are tourists. So broadly, it’s not necessary that every one have fully planned or knowledge of visited countries. So they would expect full support and understand. Property is ok but the staff should have supported or assist to have basic needs to the customers.like assist in getting mobile sims which is most important need , guidance about the country tour locations . Etc

It's so dirty. The linens looked like they had never been washed, and the toilet appeared to have mold. The place was very unhygienic, and I honestly didn't like anything about it. We were too tired to move somewhere else, so we settled there for the night and then moved to another hotel. The property's poor hygiene and overall condition were very disappointing. The linens appeared unwashed, the toilet had mold, and the place felt unhygienic and poorly maintained.

The bed drap is not clean and has bug that makes me so itchy. There was blood and hair on the bed but the staff changed it upon request which is a good point. The AC is quite old and can not function well, partly also because of the hot weather in Da Nang. Water in toilet can not drain well when taking shower the whole toilet flooded

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The furniture and interior were quite basic, but everything was functional and well maintained, which was totally fine for the price. I especially liked how quiet the room was and how well it was cleaned every day. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

From the hotel you can walk to restaurants, shops, most attractions in the city and ten minutes by motorbike bring you to the most famous beaches. It's like ten minutes by car from the airport. Nothing. Everything was lovely.

Since we travelled with seniors it is very convenient that they have elevator. The room is always clean and the staff always help us with our requests. We are 5 and we booked for 2 rooms, the room for 3 persons is big, it has kitchen, small table and a big toilet. The toilet is really big that it has shower room, toilet and a bath tub area. What I like more is it is in an area with many boutiques, a few walk in VP bank and other banks. The hotel is also along the main road so it is easy to find. We regret that we only stayed 3 nights in that hotel and we didn’t able to explore the area. Just the area in kitchen it doesn’t have aircon, since we came there end of April it is a bit hot. We didn’t able to stay in the kitchen to cook or eat there. May if it is not a summer season it will definitely a different story.

Very good location! Next to a bunch of good coffee shops and restaurants and they have a mini store at the lobby. Tới, Yên, Nữr, Linh, Hiếu, Phúc, Hà, Nhung, Vy, Út down in the lobby were very helpful and made staying here a pleasant experience

Was perfect location to everything and right in the city and also 10 mins from the airport. We Dental appointments and this accommodation was close to where we needed to go for our appointments Staff were so good, our flights changed so many times we ended up arriving at 1am we kept communicating with the hotel and there were responsive and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was small but cozy. Lots of food and shopping in the area. The staff was very sweet and accommodating.
