It was ok. There is no reception and the door is locked all the time, you can’t even enter without contacting them on Booking.com. There are no toiletries when we enter and I have a hard time to locate anyone to provide us what is supposed to be in the room at the first place! The bedsheets and pillow covers and dirty, torn and full of dust, we literally have to clean it with wipes before we can sleep, my friend which has a sensitive nose was sneezing nonstop the entire time. There is no clear indication that the washing machine is non-usable although it is in the picture.

Hotel is down a little alley way and is not actually a hotel but an apartment. There are no reception staff and door is always locked. You swipe your room key to enter the building. The room itself was a good size and clean but as I was on the second floor my view was of the alley way and the building next door. I had to go to the rooftop to see the bridge and even then it had another building blocking the view. The apartment is well located near the river and well priced but just be aware it is not a hotel.

The location is great and the staffs were nice. I think it would be better if the hotel changed all the pillows. The smell was so bad, and I couldn't sleep.

The Appartment was in a great location around many markets restaurants and coffee shops The "dragon View Hotel" is not a hotel. It is an apartment. There was never anybody at the reception to offer assistance. Arrived and nobody was there. When we arrived in the room it was not as illustrated in the pictures. We only had one set of towels between two of us. We had paid for a room with a view of the dragon bridge and it was not visible. from the room. We did however have a very good view of the wall of the hotel next door. The kitchenette was not equipped with anything other than the sink and had wires hanging out the wall

A staff, which turned to be a boy (maybe 15 years old?), was very helpful and had excellent skills in English! The hotel location is good. There are several cafes and local restaurants nearby. It is just only 3 min walk to the river. There was no one at the hotel when we went for check in. There is a sign in Vietnamese in front of the hotel entrance left with a phone number. Luckily our Grab driver called them for us. Then there was a boy coming for us for checking in. The entrance is not what you see at the first but rather another small entrance at other side of the building. There was a construction site next to the hotel building working from the morning to the evening. Towels were thin and old. Bed sheet got some stains. Sink was a bit dirty. There are several hidden spot with dust. Emptied wine bottles were kept under sink. Fridge was stinky, not plugged in and there were no water in my room.

Location and view were ok. The kid who I interacted with for reception and to bring me shower gel has good customer service skills for someone his age. Checkin experience was odd, nobody at reception, had to phone multiple numbers. Room had small bugs on the walls. Shower had no hot water. Had to ask for shower gel as dispenser was empty. No shampoo. Shower was broken with a hole in the wall. Towels were very thin and so was the blanket on the bed. Overall not very clean. Most cheaper hotels in the same area are much better. To top it off, the building just down the street is being demolished so if you enjoy sleeping in, forget it.

The bed was big and comfy, aircon worked great. Good location near to nice coffee shops & bars. It really wasn’t very clean, we arrived very early (about 7.30am) and told check in was 2pm - totally fine, but then came back at 2pm and asked to wait 15 minutes whilst they clean the room? it was then hosed down (bathroom) all wet, not cleaned properly, shower wasn’t cleaned. Marks all over walls. The pictures do not look like the rooms, we asked to see another room to potentially move, but was told the place was fully booked (we didn’t see another person during our stay) Also no staff onsite at any times to ask questions, for check out we just left the card on the side. It has not been looked after well.
