staffs are supportive and friendly, always observe and ask what i want. Location is good too as it's right in the center of Danang, the view overlooks to Dragon Bridge which is so nice. Everything is very clean and I especially love the breakfast here Room is abit small

Very friendly staff The smell of the elevator

Nice property with friendly staff at excellent location Rooms are a little small. It is difficult to store things. But it is not annoying or disturbing.

Second time staying at this hotel, they have an excellent breakfast and a wonderful place located in the center of the city. The staff were nice and the facilities are pretty good if you want to do things like workout at the gym or do some work in the work center. Can't beat the view there either. The hotel is a bit rushed/crowded in the mornings; i showed up to breakfast and there was nowhere to sit on a random Monday or Tuesday; though not a bad thing, there are notably many tourists that stay here. Elevators can take a minute to get to you with a number of stops going up and down.

Music in the breakfast was loud and it was like you are in the night club. Asked to low it down, they didn’t. Definitely not for a family. Room was small should show the size clearly. Staff was not professional. A bit smirk on her face at the reception treating you like one too many customers. Without you we are good attitude was evident. Maybe they should make it clear the difference between the Wink Riverside and this branch..

Room is clean, staff friendly and helpful The breakfast variety was somewhat limited, but it didn't matter much to us.

The hotel is really good, the bed is so comfy and breakfast has lot of choices. Worth for money -

Great modern hotel comfortable beds great staff had everything that I wanted for a month's stay

I think the staff should all get together and learn two words a week in English I've never seen a hotel where employees literally don't speak one word of English and that's not a reflection of the employee that's a reflection of management you would think management would teach them two or three words a week and then within 2 months 3 months everyone will have a little basic vocabulary on how to help guests

It was walking distance from the river and the dragon bridge. It was a lively area and felt really safe as a solo female traveller. The room was perfect just for me, and after living a week in the countryside with my family for Lunar New Years it was a nice upgrade. The beds and pillows were amazingly soft and comfortable. the shower was generous size with greta water pressure and hot water, the bathroom was compact but had everything you needed. Loved the ceiling to floor windows and the views were immaculate. And the study desk was a nice touch. I loved coming back every night after a long day of sightseeing. The room was a tad small I can see it being a bit tight if I had a second person with me. It was quite expensive for Vietnam, but I booked this last minute during Lunar New Years. And there were always loud Karaoke or Lion dancing drums that woke me up around 6am everyday. I'm unsure if thats normal or if it was Lunar New Year related activities. It was also too far to walk to the beach, but thats the decision you have to make in Danang. I love the beach, but wanted to be closer to where all the good food is.

I could see the marriott courtyard hotel from my window None of the rooms i was given was clean. 1st room the bathroom was disgusting, 2nd room the shower floor had hair and the rest of the room hadnt been mopped, and the last room i was set up in had mold. The dryer was confusing to use so i had to pay twice to dry my clothes. Staff was ineffective.

Location. Brewery tap room at entrance. It’s our second stay. When we checked in to our two rooms they really were not ready. Took too long to get us checked in. The keys didn’t work for one room and that’s because they gave us the wrong room number. One room had a broken seal on one of the windows and it allowed street noise to be especially loud. After three days o complained as our sleep was being disrupted and a technician came to look at it. The curious thing is he went right to the broken window as I deduced they knew of this issue. So we moved rooms. Room categories are different under Hyatt which we found out at arrival. Last year we had a corner room, now it’s an extra charge as it is its own category now.

We liked that it was just a stone’s throw away from good local restaurants (authentic Vietnamese cuisine on both corners of the hotel). Loved the efficiency of check-in/check-out process. Loved the window view of the river…and the varied buffet breakfast as well. Most especially did not wantnto part with the super comfy pillows and comforter! What’s not to like? Oh…would have been nice to have towel/clothes hooks in the bathroom.

Breakfast and view were fantastic. Also a great gym. The breakfast staff were really friendly, and one of the guys working the front desk was super nice and helped me extend my stay an extra day. The location is really good too. A few issues I had was when I tried to check in (well after the check-in time of 2pm, I was there at like 330pm), I was greeted with a "your room's not ready", which was fine I just went to the beach. They said I booked a room with a view on the high floors, which were 13-18. So I waited and came back 5 hours later, only to find that they put me on floor 16, which frankly is not much different than 13-15 where they originally had me. So don't pay extra $ for a "high floor" when you could also get put on floor 12, virtually no difference, for way less. While waiting, upstairs staff gave me a voucher to get a free drink at the bar, at which point I got in an argument with the restaurant staff and walked out because they wouldn't serve me a beer, claiming I needed a room number. I told them the staff upstairs said to come down here to get a drink because I didn't have a room yet and was waiting. It was nonsensical so I just walked out for the beach. Waiting 5 hours to move up like 2 or 3 floors is virtually nothing, and when I got to my tiny, small room my view was looking straight at another building and the only way to avoid it was to look out the window from a wide angle. The rooms are quite small and mine was not the cleanest, and despite the fact there are 4 elevators the waits can be quite long because their front desk is on floor 19, so anytime someone enters/exits they have to go all the way up to 19. Lastly, I was trying to do laundry and the machines were broken, the guys were there fixing it but said I could use a washer, my stuff gets washed and I come back up to dry it and the dryer is broken. It was a mess, and I explain I needed to only dry some of my things briefly so it didn't shrink to the repairman, he says it's fine and to come back in one hour. I did, only to find all my stuff including the things I didn't want dried, were dried and it was too late because they had already shrunk.
