The Garden Capsule Hotel

Definitely worth the value: it about a 8 minute walk to the dragon bridge, plenty food nearby, great view of the river, and very comfortable and clean! Also, bonus points for the On Bar thats right above the place; it was a rooftop bar and the interior was aesthetic. I didn’t take a picture of the room but I did take a picture of the view from the bar (pretty similar to the view our room had)

Staff was exceptional. They provided a well-priced and quick turn around laundry service. The room was clean as was the bathroom.

there was free drinking water in the lobby. location was right on the han river close to the dragon bridge The mattresses were uncomfortable, and I had trouble sleeping even though I’ve stayed in over 500 hostels. Lockers are flimsy and can be forced open easily without a key, though that’s common in Vietnam. There’s a leak in the washroom ceiling that drips onto your head at the sink. Seating options are limited; the only desk-level table is in the café, which closes at night.

Location, staff, beds Noise

I stayed in a 4 person dorm with my friends. The beds were comfortable and clean and the staff organized a taxi that brought us to Hoi An the next day. It is close to many cafés and you can walk to the famous dragon bridge from there.

Perfect location, near Dragon bridge and Han bridge. The price is not expensive, the staff are very cute. There is a rooftop coffee where you can see the view to the river. Nice place to stay.

Location, design of the hostel I slept poorly. The female dorm is too small, every knock and rustle was heard in the wooden bed bunk.

We booked two family rooms for four nights. If you plan to travel and work online, this hotel is not suitable for you. The Wi-Fi is very weak and keeps disconnecting continuously. If only the staff and the owner paid more attention to the hotel, it could be perfect. The walls are dirty, and the shower only has a half partition, meaning that if you take a shower, the floor gets wet everywhere. You have to wait 5 minutes for hot water to take a shower and while taking a shower, the water will automatically get unusually hot and cold. There is also no shelf for shampoo or shower gel, and the towels are quite old. Although it's called The Garden Hotel, they neglect the plants on the balcony, where many cigarette butts can be found in the pots. Additionally, they don't clean the balcony properly and leave garbage outside. The sheets are not changed daily during room cleaning, and the staff's professionalism is questionable. For instance, the receptionist eats while working and continues to do so when guests arrive, which is unacceptable.

We had a fantastic stay at Garden Capsule Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and really well kept – exactly what we needed. The receptionist was absolutely lovely – incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to the owner, who went out of his way to help us with parking. We weren’t able to use the Vietnamese app, so he kindly paid for the parking on our behalf – such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Stayed in private room with private bathroom. Basic but everything you need. Rooftop bar is nice addition. Could do with some maintenance upkeep in bathroom and room but fine for short stay.

Clean place, very big room with a huge bad, a balcony as well and the best green corner ever with amazing plants. The staff it’s very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an elevator also which is great when u’re carrying a big luggage. The location it’s perfect in the center but in the meantime the room was quiet, great for having a deep sleep. They have also a rooftop with a fabulous view.

The hotel's interior looks modern and taken well care of. It's a poor decision putting a big storage space at the head's end. The only way to lay down was reversed. It's okay for sleeping, but it's impossible to lay down and get some stuff done on the laptop for example. It also makes the capsule feel quite cramped.

Nice hotel with great views. My king room with balchony had a great view of the dragon bridge. Staff was helpful and friendly. A great value stay in side of river. Also there is a roof bar.

Great concept, 4 beds per dormitory with separated toilet and shower. Super sturdy bunk beds, it feels very private. Totally recommended.

It’s located in the heart of Da nang , big space for one person and privacy , since you are able to close your box, better than the standard double bunk beds. The shower room was big, good water pressure and very warm. There could be more than one toilet , but that’s it.
