The staff are nice. I solo travel and they always tried to assist me specially uncle. They always replenish toitletries. Good price too!! Its not I really dont like but I was just culture shock that they clean the room everyday, changing the linens and towel once I leave the hotel. Its show them cleanliness. No worries your valuable things are safe. Also, the shower heater is tricky. Sometimes it work, sometimes its not same with the hair blower. I wish I have windows view too as I booked a room with windows.

couldn't get the air conditioner to work, but the fan in the room worked well for 1 night. The beds are quite hard but this is to be expected in asia. overall a pleasant experience.

I didn't expect the facilities to be in such a good condition and well maintained at that bargain price. I stayed in the room facing to the main street so very well-lit and airy, bustling street but not noisy, though. It's a family-run accommodation, nothing fancy but everything is well kept, room cleaning and towel change everyday. The owners was really nice and helpful with everthing I need. It locates in a more local/residential side of this touristic area, but still close to the beach and have more variety of local food in 5-10 min walking distance. Will stay again.

The hotel is very well located. The curtains were way too thin so it wasn't dark to sleep at night. The breakfast wasn't really good and the staff was not very friendly. There are better accommodations in Sapa.

The staff were nice. TV had movies. Shower water was hot. ~ It was the hardest bed EVER. It was just a hard box. There were not even springs in this box. Nothing. It was just a big box. I posted videos on google review. You can watch them there. ~ The family dog is also very loud INSIDE the building. It barks constantly and you can hear it up the stairs and in every room because the stairwell has no doors and goes directly to the dog's noise. Their dog is kept in a very small cage. It's cruel treatment of an animal. They need to free their dog with a leash and harness combination so it can move freely. And use a muzzle to cover its mouth so it can't bark or bite people. It is in a very small cage, like a pig at a factory farm. Very sad to see this and clearly this dog is not happy.

I had a very comfortable stay! The hostel is cute and small with friendly owners, it feels very much like a family business. The location of the hostel is also central with a lot of shops, spas and restaurants around while also being only a short walk away from the beach. All in all good value for money!

Room was clean with complete amenities. Shower and toilet is also clean. Owners are really nice and very helpful. I arrived early and room is not yet available, they let me use their own toilet and also let me leave my luggages first so I could start going around the city. I also availed their 2-way trip private car to Bana Hills. Its cheaper than Grab. Both drivers assigned to me was good.

I received a friendly welcome when I got to the hotel. They offered me a choice of rooms to suit my request and stored my bag for me until the room I would like was ready. My room was very comfortable, spacious and immaculately clean. I liked the view over the city and the fact that it was bright with big windows. There was even space for a comfortable armchair and little table. All of the furniture and fittings were in good condition. The air conditioning and fridge worked well and were quiet. The location was good because it was on a small street, outside the busy centre. This location suited me because I could walk easily to the beach within 10 minutes. There are also plenty of local eateries and convenient shops nearby. There is a fruit and vegetable market about five minutes' walk away. Even closer, there are a couple of nice bakeries for bread or cakes. Thank you very much to all the team for your hard work in creating a nice and easy place to stay. I would recommend it.
