Good location and clean! Really close to the beach

The location was great. Close to the beach and a lot of good restuarants. The bell hop is wonderful. The only staff member that was kind. The price was good but you get what you pay for. I would have been upset if I had paid more. The hotel smells awful and the rooms reek of smoke. When I asked to change rooms, I felt like I was a burden on the front desk. I also did not like that they keep passports until check out and won't let you check out until they confirm you have not touched the minibar. The gym was closed for maintenance which was actually the main reason I did book this hotel. The pool looks like nothing like the pictures. They use AI for their pictures.

I didn’t stay as the electric system in the room didn’t work and no other room was available and I had to leave. Not good experience walking around with backpack trying to find other hotel.

The room has no windows so it was very uncomfortable if you want to have fresh air. We could barely stay in the hotel bc of that. When we took the room, we were upset with the bathroom bc that it was obvsly just a quick clean and changed the towels. There was even some fake eyelash of the previous customer in the bathroom, and there was no shower gel in the room, when I reported back to the staff they asked me to take it down for them to change?? After knowing that I just received the room that day, they only then told me they would come up to check the bathroom if it was dirty and change it for me. The toilet has heavy yellow stain and it was disgusting for me personally. And if you are a party person then congrats bc you would hear all the sound clearly from outside even if with no windows. The only bright point is the location of the hotel and the cleaning ladies were happy all the time.

Great location near the beach! Spacious room. There was no shower, only a bathtub. Also the pool was not well maintained.

It was really close to the beach and some good food options around. The rooms looked as advertised and the staff were very warm and welcoming. The pool and gym were falsely advertised and did not look the same in person. There were a couple of ants in our room but also could have been from the beach.

Nothing Terribly dirty pool. No rooms with sea view. Only partial sea view and only from the upper floors because there is another hotel built in front of this hotel which blocks the sea.

The hotel was ok, it’s a 2/3 stars. So did not expect much. For the price it was a good option to stay for a long period. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was ok, didn’t really have much to cook with but I’m sure if you asked for utensils they will assist. Food around the hotel was cheap and amazing! Really good location! The state of the rooms. The cleaners really only ran through the rooms and didn’t do much cleaning, just a quick sweep and mop, no dusting for sure. For your own sake don’t look under the beds. The towels and bedding was falling apart, one new sheet set they put on the bed was ripped with a lot of holes. The hotel obviously has a leaking problem, as per other comments. For us we had a drip above the basin, and one in the bedroom, it wasn’t all the time so assuming it was from the unit above using the bathroom. The pool area is nothing like the photos. But the water was clean (ish) the fake grass is disintegrating and is found floating in the pool. Basically a little maintenance will go a long way for this hotel and it can really be a great place to stay if better looked after.

The only issue was the pool area no chairs or furniture and looked like it needed some tlc usually wouldn’t bother me but that was one of the reasons I booked this place ended up not using it at all

Location was great, handy to have food stalls, laundry and mini marts around. Reception friendly and quick to cater to our requests (security box didn’t work, shower gel and toilet paper replenishment) The booking process and fees to be clearer. I had booked for 2 adults and 2 children and believe that breakfast was included. Reception said I had to pay extra for a child and for breakfast as all Booking.com bookings don’t come with it. Rooms are small but okay for the price. Towels were tattered and worn out. Pool area wasn’t inviting as it needed to be cleaned.

The room is a little bit of good, good location, good experience

The location is good, close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff did their best to help us when we wanted to check out earlier. We were asked to pay for the room even before seeing it, which I’m not normally used to. I found it a bit strange but paid for the 3 days we had booked. Our room was big but NOT soundproof as mentioned on Booking. One of the windows was broken and couldn’t close. Pictures of the hotel looks great, but don’t match at all the reality. It’s not maintained well and our room had not been properly cleaned. But the biggest problem for us was that the hotel is directly next to a huge cellphone antenna and if one is sensitive to these things it can give you migraine. We left the hotel the same day and came back to check out the next morning, (2 days earlier) but we only got the money from 1 night back.
