The Dream Suite

This was my 2nd time staying here in 6 months. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were great. The staff is very friendly and understanding. They let me keep my expensive sports equipment in the room which is important to me. There wasn't anything I didnt like.

Great location and close to many restaurants. Great long Beach about 200 yards away. Roof top pool great to cool off. Limited breakfast selections

Great location , and the Manager spoke excellent English and was very helpful . The young lady on front desk was also very good and helpful. Nice size rooms but watch the step down from the bathroom The other front desk staff spoke reasonably good English but unfortunately were often more interested in their phones than in actually doing anything . I am a smoker ( yeah i know terrible habit ) and would sometimes sit at a table just outside the reception area ( it is a designated smoking area ) and would watch the boys on their phones as the tables got dirtier and messier with hotel guests coming and going, drinking a coffee having a smoke or eating a bag of doritos or whatever . On 2 occasions that i took notice of the ashtrays contained over 20 cigarette butts and the tables were dirty with things spilt on them ..... that stayed that way from about 5pm until 11pm when i went up my room so no idea when they actually got emptied . Just seems like once the manager leaves for the day the boys decide work is over . Room cleaning was a bit of an issue too , probably not their fault as maybe they have not been trained properly . But i would advise the manager to contact another hotel who have a good reputation for room cleaning and pay them to take one or 2 of his staff for a few days so they can see how a room should be cleaned ....... the rooms themselves were nice and seemed newly renovated but they will quickly become shabby and old looking if the cleaning is not up to a decent standard .

Very good breakfast. Staff was prompt and attentive. Good selection to choose from. Especially liked the fresh fruit. Very modern, nice well kept rooms. No issues.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served promptly and was good. The room with a kitchen and washer was great.

I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay. I also tried a lot of other hotels in Da Nang, this might be my new favorite stay. Huge, spacious rooms with desks, kitchens, washing machines, suuuuper comfy couch… perfect for a working holiday too. Huge beds, super comfortable. Very comfy robes in every room. Amazing staff who went above and beyond. Breakfast is à la carte, simple but good enough. Location is good, close to beach/beach bars. Nice showers with good water pressure. Just beautiful rooms in general. Also very clean. If you get a good deal, the price is amazing for what you get. Pool is nice too. Overall, I loved my stay and will stay again, but just some points to help you make your choice: - the room doesn’t get super dark, a lot of windows and the light of the AC is quite bright. Still had comfortable sleep. - the room is not completely silent, there’s noise from the AC and the fridge - there’s some noise from beach bars and the street, but tbh not past sleeping time (10-11PM) - the laundry service shrunk some tshirts a bit, so at your own risk

Great location, next to the beach. The Deluxe King Studio is perfect for athletes since it offers a lot of space for stretching and a washing machine for your sweaty clothes. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in helping us organise a motorbike and calling up a local shop (we ordered custom shoes that were delayed). The pool was a good size for a family swim, and the pool facilities were clean. Location to closeby restaurants and shops was excellent - we could walk down to the local hairdresser and late night dessert in less than 10 minutes. The air conditioning unit in the room was difficult to set - we were not able to change the temperature and fan speed, which resulted in a VERY dry room in the morning! This was ideal for drying clothes inside, however I felt too cold and my throat/skin were uncomfortably dry. The shower head did not have strong pressure and the shower drain seemed to be getting clogged during light use - the water would pool in the shower and take a while to drain away. These are all personal qualms, the overall quality and available amenities (washing machine, kitchenette, sofa, kitchen table) were good.

Nice location and within walking distance to the beach. Set on a busy street but the room was still quiet and there were lots of food options right around the area. Over all, everything was great. The shower drain was a bit dirty and clogged so the water wasn’t draining well.

The staff is great. Super helpful, always smiling and responsive if you need anything. The location can’t be beat. We spent 28 nights and it wasn’t enough. Having a washing machine was great. The rooftop pool was fantastic and was even a spot to watch the fireworks show. Nothing

Very good location, shops, restaurants and beach in few steps. Nice roof pool, washing machine in room Breakfast we take only once from 3, you need to pay extra for coffee. We do not understand what is included in breakfast, they bring bread, butter egg and jam. It was enough but could be nice to understand what you can expect

Location was great! Rooms was clean, good size and nice street view. The pool. It pool area is lovely along with the gym however when we got towels from reception no one told us that the pool wasn't working. It was slimy and yuck.

The apartment is clean I booked an apartment with a balcony but there was no balcony. I told them, they didn't even bother and said they know, they just label their little door to the inside of the house as a balcony. Instead of a balcony that you booked with fresh air all you get is a tiny window in the whole apartment. The hotel is close to the beach, but the area is just annoying. It feels like a red light district. You can't walk 20 meters without getting talked into massages ten times, guys walk next to you and offer you young girls on their phone etc.. They just look at you as a walking ATM machine in this street and the hotel. There are so many more beautiful areas in Da Nang, so I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel in this area which is on top tricking their guests with the "balcony" and don't make you feel welcome at all. The pool was also closed during my stay.

Staff were really friendly Construction noise during the day for the pool maintenance was notified, but then pool wasn't really usable anyway when finished due to the water quality

The location and the service of the staff was great. I'll be back
