Good news, only good news was when I got in late, someone helped with the bags. The room stunk. I mean it stunk really bad and was told there was no other troop available. It was overwhelming mold smell. No coffee in the room, no water kettle... Place was a dump plain and simple. NOTHING AT ALL

It’s an Okay hotel, beds are comfortable, room was spacious. Staff was helpful No hot water, smell was very difficult in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and the linen fresh, the bathroom modern with strong shower pressure and instant hot water; having such a restorative space after long island-hopping and city walks in Da Nang was a major plus.

Staff here were absolutely wonderful. Assisted me with everything, from breakfast recommendations to tracking down my laptop from a funny Grad driver ! I could not be happier, and I am so grateful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, excellent value for money.

Good movie channel English. No window in room. upgrade not really worth it as the large bed made the room small.

Nothing There was no customer service, way out of town. Absolutely no seaview as states. Right above a pub so I imagine would be loud. Rooms smelt like cigarette and people were smoking in halls and rooms, staff were aware and didnt care. That bad it burnt my eyes. No hot water, again, didnt care. Had to pay to leave and get passport back ?

The best thing is receptionists super friendly and helpful I’m very very happy . My family love love receptionists so much . Hoa Phong Hotel always is my favorite place to stay when I come to Da Nang . Good location and close to everything ( center city , coffee shops, restaurants.

The Guy at the Reception was Horrible. Hotel Experience was Horrible. Cannot mention the whole story here but morale never visit the Hotel and stay safe.

The property was really close to the airport and there was a 24 hour desk. Very cheap - the double bed were pretty small For two people
