M HOTEL DANANG

The M Hotel is in a fantastic location. It's right across from My Khe beach without being chaotic and the area is so walkable it allows you to enjoy just wandering. It's also great that there is a food complex and a mini mart right behind the hotel because it adds to convenience. My Khe beach was great too with it's little food stalls and bars/restaurants. I enjoyed just sitting on the loungers just people watching or reading while enjoying a snack and a drink. As for the hotel facilities -- the rooftop pool was just WOW! I did enjoy going for a swim in their infinity pools with the city view on one side and the ocean view on the other. The room was just as great as it looked out onto the beach side and it was enjoyable to see the sunrise or sunset right from my room. I'd stay again the next time i'm in Da Nang. The hotel staff are pleasant and polite but I would have appreciated this hotel more if the staff spoke better English. It was frustrating for me when I was asking if they could steam my linen items and the woman I was speaking with kept repeating to me that they would iron it or launder it without even the slightest understanding of what I was asking. The communication issues were further apparent when I was checking out and I was explaining I lost one key, it took her almost 10 minutes to explain to me that it was a 100k vnd charge and it would be included on the final bill. It was just frustrating because the communications overall felt inefficient.

Staff was really nice and helpful. The property is conveniently located and in decent shape. Breakfast selection was pretty good. One minor policy regarding additional towels that we didn’t like. The hotel provides one set of towels for each guest, which is enough. However, guests need to “rent” additional towels if needed, which is a turn off for me. It’s not about the additional cost (very minimal) but it’s about customer service. Trying to nickel and dime your guests doesn’t do it for me.

This place has found a permanent place in my heart. I genuinely feel at home here. Thank you ❤️

Dare I say this hotel was perfect? From the staff to the rooms, to the food, the location.. Everything was top tier. I enjoyed this hotel so much. The hotel combines minimalism with authenticity. With 100 euros per night and a free upgrade, we were delighted. This might be THE best hotel directly located at the my Khe Beach. I do not think there is a better hotel you can find. I dare you at this point. 10/10 The only small criticism I have, is what I actually have about most hotels in Vietnam: the western part of the breakfast is a bit dry. It should be moist. European breakfast is mostly moist, flakey and has a lot of aroma. The croissants sometimes weren’t on the same level as the incredible pho, bhan mis etc. Which were also part of the breakfast.

Convenient location, just opposite the beach and close to restaurants, eateries and souvenirs marts when you can buy local products. Hotel is clean and spacious. I booked the Seaview room and the view was fantastic! Daily breakfast buffet spread is good and has lots of varieties. The bathroom could do with a few more hooks.

It was a great stay, the room was clean and comfortable, nearby a lot of good restaurants. The hotel looks amazing, but without balcony. The pool on the last floor was a picturesque place, but need to come in advance to book a sun lounger. Non smoking room, a little bit crowded with tourists on the breakfast, some food was a little varied.

Location and rooftop infinity pool. Staff are very nice. Elevator lobby and hotel hallways were too war (AC not cool enough). Guests were noise, talking loudly on the phone in the hotel hallways at 10:30pm.

What a great stay! breakfast and afternoon tea with a view where a plus! Organized and modern hotel! Staff was great and super responsive. Right in front of the beach and walking distance to so many restaurants and cafes. Do yourself a favor and get a high level room with beach view, there is nothing to regret from that! Pool is probably the best one in the area! Will definitely stay at M hotel again.

It is stylish, clean and staff were supportive The walls are too thin you can hear the noise from all sides. At facility you have to pay every service right after. They don’t bill it on the room….very inconvenient
