Perfect location between the beach and the river and close to many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fresh, cool water at the front door! The upstairs pool was refreshing! It was an adjustment learning to cross the hectic streets, but after a day we felt confident.

Very clean room with nice smell and all the necessities such as TV, bathroom utensils or a blow drier. Pool on the roof was amazing and staff was friendly and helpful - they stored our luggage after a check out. Next to a busy street with a need of a longer walk towards the beach.

Price and location Just need to improve in mopping the floor in the rooms. One can tell the floors was dirty when you get in the bathtub

We arrived an hour before check in time and found that our room was ready. Huyen helped with our bags as she took us to the room, and gave information about the room and the hotel. She, along with the rest of the staff, was very attentive and made us feel safe and comfortable. The room on the 9th floor had a view of the city. The bed was comfortable. The location is okay for taking Grab rides. Can’t comment on the pool since we didn’t use it, but we met a kid on the elevator who seemed very excited about it. Two things: The room we stayed in, on the top floor under the pool, had a considerable amount of water damage on the wall next to the bed. This, of course, is a constant problem in seaside towns, but it may have been exacerbated in this case by the presence of the pool. I am sure the hotel does a lot to take care of the facilities, since everything else was impeccable, but maybe they can try to be a bit more aggressive in dealing with this issue. The location is not great for walking anywhere. It is not a huge deal if you’re always going to get a ride, but for us it was a bit exhausting to walk even a short distance to a store or a cafe when we had to cross the very busy street in front of the hotel. I chose this hotel because previous guests said the location was good and very close to the Dragon Bridge, but we found that it wasn’t actually a short walk to the bridge and back, nor to the beach, and the walk itself was not very nice in the heat and traffic.

Friendly and helpful staff all around. Everyone. Huyen was extra helpful. Everything worked well inside the room. My bathroom always had a smoke-like smell. Could never get rid of it even with air freshener spray. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. My room was next to the main street and a new karaoke place that opened during my stay, so it was a bit of a noisy room.

The room was nice and quiet. I walked to the beach. There is a grocery-like store across the street. Good coffee nearby. The staff gave me good advice about money exchange and places to eat. The bed was typical to the region, but I like firm beds. I would stay here again. I was there 1 night and it rained, so I did not see the pool. Cannot comment on how good or bad the pool is.

Ease of access to room, nice size room, confortable bed. Friendly front desk. Bathroom could have been cleaned better, mold in the grout and the bath fan hadn't been cleaned in a while. At check in was told they only took cash but later saw they accepted CC as payment.

It is located right between the beach and the dragon bridge. The tower has rooms with a small window but a great view. The rooms are simple, big and very comfortable. It’s clean and the staff friendly. They keep the bathroom downstairs open, as a result there is a bad odor always at the reception. It’s a detail easy to fix and pay attention to.
