Bed was comfy, staff were lovely. Very very good value for money. Super worth it for price we paid Could have been a bit cleaner and bathroom floods when the shower was on. Also some mould in the bathroom.. But it was so cheap so totally worth it. Would stay again.

Staff I lived in this hotel for 7 days. No hot water. It was already cold outside and it was very difficult to shower in the icy water. There is no hot water. The owners save a lot on everything, even on water. Free water, which is included in the price of your stay, was brought to your room only 2 times during the week. The room was checked only once a week. When you take out the key card, the refrigerator turns off. The refrigerator does not work when the key card is not in the switch! they call it 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. But I would give all 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ when it rains, water pours from the cracks of the window with the windows closed directly onto the floor and onto things next to the window. The rechargeable batteries in the remote control are low. The hotel is very poorly maintained. But the staff is very friendly. Dear, provide good service, good service and people will relax with you!!

the location is good. the toilet wouldn't flush right on the first room. they got me to switch on the next room and that did the same thing the next morning... and the place looks either dirty or theres mold... didn't bother to check which it is I just stayed one night.

The reasonable price for the quality and location. It's almost midpoint between the beach on one side and the river (Dragon Bridge) on the other. Both locations are accessible on foot. Have to walk quite a bit to get to the beach and the river. Lack of budget eats in the area. While I was there, the hotel would accept only cash.

The hotel is in 15-20 min walk to Dragon Bridge. A nice cafe nearby (Ta Hi Garden) where I can have breakfast and work from. 5-10 min walk to eating places nearby. Price is really affordable. I prefer An Thuong area which is closer to parties, pub's and beach. The facilities are a bit old, although well kept.

close to shops/eateries The location was a little difficult to find since there are others with the same name in the area. I am not sure it’s the local things that everything has to be turned off , but room extremely hot after we came back from errands.
