This property is a gem. Great location, great service from friendly owners. We had the roof top rooms and they were fantastic. Good views, nice and breezy and spotless clean with every amenity you could want. Beautiful home cooked breakfast and fruit, yoghurt, bread rolls, cake,juices. Value for the money. Break fast was really big. The 6th floor had difficult stairs and the elevator was only till 5th. Although the room was nice, clean and had no unobstructed clear city view and sea view

The location is perfect. 10 minutes walk to Da Nang beach and 10 minutes walk to dragon bridge. My room had panoramic view of the seaside area with large windows and a balcony. It also has a view of the sunrise over Da Nang beach. The shower had plenty of hot water and was strong. The air-conditioning was positioned well so as to not directly blow on the bed. There was a hairdryer and all the usual amenities. The towels were the best I've experienced in Vietnam, bright white and fluffy. Only thing guests should bear in mind is there is a vertical staircase up to the room. If you have vertigo or large suitcase this probably isn't the room for you.

- Wide bed - Payment at checkout - Problems with hot water: it was often not available - Poor internet quality - It was very noisy: there is a kindergarten/school behind a wall where the teacher uses a loudspeaker from morning to night; there is a bus park under the windows; there is a temple behind another wall where men gather on Saturdays and eat and drink all day long - When we asked the man at the front desk to call the hospital to ask if they accept foreigners (us) at this time (because the ambulance doesn't come here), he refused. The hotel receptionist refused to help a sick person! One call! - The glass wall between the bathroom and the room is not private enough. If your height is like an average European, you will see everything that happens in the restroom - They lock the front door on the first floor at night and do not warn you about it. No one will open it for you because there is no one at the front desk at night. - Guests smoke in the stairwell, but the administration does nothing - The hotel administration took an additional fee (+3% of the price of Booking) for the opportunity to pay by card, which was not warned anywhere. In all the countries I've been to, the hotel itself pays for bank acquiring, but here they force the guests do it (and you find out it during a checkout) - We spent 2 weeks there but they didn't offer us free airport transfers

Very sweet family. The room was nice and had what we needed. We got a free shuttle to the airport amd they provided tickets to Sun World for a discount. Close to coffee and restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the beach When we first arrived the kitchen didn’t have much to cook with but when we asked for some things they provided it. We had to buy our own oil, salt, spices etc. They stock the refrigerator with lots of drinks as a mini bar and this took up quite a bit of space. Also the pictures showed a washer in the bathroom but when we arrived, there was no washer

Charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very nice and modern. The staff are so friendly and will help you with any of your needs! They always greet you with a smile. Location is also great - close to the beach. Nothing. It was great!

Amazing Queen room on the top floor, huge and very comfortable bed. Free water and very reasonably priced minibar in room. Great water pressure in shower. Amazing balcony with great view of Da Nang. Smart TV with Netflix. Very friendly and helpful staff! Let me store my luggage after check out and were available to help with excursions/motorbike rental if needed! I loved everything.

The views from the rooftop room we had were excellent, the facilities in the room were also great with a smart TV, powerful AC and lovely shower/wet room. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English so communication was fantastic. The door to our room had a tinted glass effect which was not dark enough to obscure the room fully so from the outside you could see in to a degree which felt a bit uncomfortable as there were staff members outside the room on occasion doing washing. As I mentioned the rooftop views were absolutely incredible, however, the lift didn't go all the way and you had to climb a very steep set of stairs (almost a ladder) to reach the rooms. For us this was fine but some people could struggle so bare in mind that the floor below the rooftop may be better for you to stay in.

Breakfast is really good! It's better than eating at some good restaurant. My room was not as clean as I would like. The last floor must be reached by climbing some dangerous stairs.

Hotel owners Very polite, helpful and friendly, the hotel itself is near the beach. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have panoramic windows which was an additional plus.

The host was excellent..service top notch. I forgot my ring and was depressed due to the incident but the owner was kind he made sure my trip wasn't spoiled and he took care of everything till the last stop. They helped us throughout our stay. They suggested many tourist spots and even helped us by providing feasible transport facilities. There's nothing not to like.
