Within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Beach is busy and crowded especially in evening when it cools down. Room was evidently not cleaned (stayed in 402). The bathroom floor was wet like they used the bum gun to “clean” the floors. There was a poorly covered hole in the shower. No hand soap was provided. There is a fridge; however, the electricity turns off when you leave the room. Your water bottles will smell musky. AC barely worked—the fan was only saving grace. There are NO Refunds and she wants cash. For sure not a long term property! In my opinion this place charging 19/night USD is overpriced. The hotel pic of the cleaning lady and facility description I find to be misleading. I was booked for 3 nights but left early due to the lack of cleanliness of the bathroom. I didn’t feel comfortable even taking a shower there.

It’s was a good location near the beach. Many food options were available. Too close to the Chinese and Korean areas so prices of food were above average. Walk a few blocks west and there is a local outdoor market with local prices.

home stay The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with both hot and cold shower facilities. The furniture was clean, sturdy, and generously sized. There was a comfortable table and chairs, perfect for working or relaxing while enjoying tea or coffee. The host lady was kind, generous, and very helpful, always attentive and responsive through Zalo and the Booking.com chat. She is genuinely friendly and welcomes guests with a warm smile. The lighting in the room was excellent, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Power plugs were well-positioned and easily accessible, including near the bedside table, which was very convenient. Overall, the room was thoughtfully arranged, comfortable, and suitable for both short and longer stays. I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend this place to others. No window for . But I choose the room myself. Fair enough

Location close to the beach with many choices for food, moto rental, laundry. We enjoyed our stay!. No hot water for shower sometimes.
