Front desk girl speaks English fluently. Very helpful staff. Hotel is located near to beach . Ac wasn't working in first room then they changed my room.

The aircon didn't work even after they sent someone to fix it. Also, I was the victim of a crime during my stay there and asked hotel staff to help me call police, but after first agreeing and then stalling several times by doing other things, staff flat out refused to help me because the crime did not happen on hotel premises.

Location…. Near to everything with convenience store opposite. Friendly staff. The room has no desk but two heavy wooden chairs that people above love to drag around! The hotel cannot be responsible for inconsiderate guests but the chairs are really not necessary

The hotel is just so old. Needs major renovation. Being a very old hotel everything looks so dirty. The TV has no channels. The furniture is stained.

The best part of trip was to spend stolen money, that I took from my wife and kids. I left them alone abroad without money and place to live, but I just don't care and living my best life spending my wife's money. So will be glad to come here again and again. Best place for criminals! Please, keep your doors open for me - I still have a lot to spend!!! all great! lots of money and no prison and judgement )

I like the staff, especially Ms. Linh ( she is the Receptionist) she is very friendly, helpful and speaks very good English, so communication is no problem at all. She goes out of her way to help the guests whenever she can. The room is spacious, it’s cleaned regularly. The location is excellent! Overall good value, I would highly recommend people stay here. Nothing to complain about

The location is great: the beach is just 100 meters away, there are plenty of nice cafes (Paris Levain is the best one), restaurants, and even a nice gym with AC nearby (Lucia Gym). The AC works fine, the shower has good pressure and hot water, and they provide basic toiletries. The WIFI works fine, and there's a desk to use one's laptop. The staff is fine. The hotel is old and moldy, not so clean, and a bit smelly, but it's not too bad, and it's very affordable. The boiler was broken.
